So believe it or not, I e never actually ate at Chipotle until about 1 – 2 weeks ago… And that was the only time I’ve been … I didn’t know what to expect. I see everyone always loving it or hating it… So I was like hmm, wonder which category I’ll fall into. Well, I suppose I’m in the middle. Of course, this is still based off one location and one experience only. And FYI: one of the four stars I’ve given comes strictly because it’s in the Fountains, and y’all know I love me some fountains. Place was pretty empty. We took about a 15 – 20 minute early lunch, so we beat the crowds. Walked up to a subway style assembly line, and everything was pretty simple. Point at the stuff you want, and that’s what they’ll give ya. You can get burritos, but my chipotle expert with me have me a different suggestion. Get a bowl, then ask for a tortilla on the side. At first I was like ughh ok, seems a little skimp though. WRONG! This tortilla was like the size of a large pizza lol. So I got my bowl, pretty basic: cheese sour cream rice and chicken, red colored salsa, Then used the giant tortilla, tore it up, and made like 4 burritos lol. Smart move. I gotta say, for fast food, I kinda liked it. Wasn’t expensive, tasted good, and definitely filled me up. Almost too much … My buddy killed his and still had like 25% left. Which became his post gym snack. One cool thing about this location,(not that I’d advocate just going places in uniform of you can avoid it) if you’re in military uniform, your drink is free. I’m down with that. All in all, id go back again. It’s not like a must have and dying to get at it kinda place. But if someone suggests it, I won’t decline. Pretty decent. Das It Mayne

I like chipotle. I always get a chicken bowl and it’s always on point. I am not a fan of the chips. I like normal tortilla chips. However this place is great and I definitely enjoy eating here. Also if you tell them double meat from the beginning they’ll put little scoops, but if you say it after they scoop the first big scoop you get a better amount. I usually blow the toilet up the night after.

OHMYGOD I LOVECHIPOTLE. CHIPOTLE’S MYLIFE. Great service, amazing portions, and great taste. They gave me so much food on the bowl nice and quick. Though, it is a fast food restaurant and it wasn’t fast. But my family and I will cetainly return.

I live 2 hours from here and usually only come when I have to take someone to the airport or want to check out some stores and every time they’ve had thee best customer service. I once had to place an order of 22 different burritos when their online ordering service was down. The manager was so awesome. She happily took my order over the phone and had them ready by the time I got there. They’re always incredibly busy, but they make it well worth the wait.

Everything was as to be expected from a Chipotle. Good, healthy food at a reasonable price. Service at this particular restaurant was better than usual. I would come back.

The food here is okay, no better, no worse than other Chipotle stores. For a minute there they were serving their own version of blackened chicken, but lately it’s been better. This location has the worst floor plan and seating arrangements. To make matters worse this location is poorly managed, I say that because the tables and the floors are constantly filthy.

They have ok customer service. I was a little confused about their tip silver jar at the register. I have never seen that at any chain location. For as pricey(in EPT) as it is I wouldn’t think they’d ask for tips… Considering they are making the meal for you cause it’s customary. Other than that, they forgot to tell me I needed to pack my own napkins and forks for to go orders. Got to the house and was sad. Maybe if I tipped I would have gotten them. Overall, good food but other Mexican spots could probably make the same thing for way cheaper. Probably won’t return. Not that great today.

I always order the same thing. Burrito bowl, white rice, sometimes steak or sometimes vegetarian, mild salsa, cheese, and sour cream. Can’t go wrong. Food is always fresh, employees are always pleasant, and they always ask me if I need anything else. They are patient with my kids, when they like to order their own food and get picky with the exact amount of sour cream. My only problem is sometimes it gets s little crowded, and we usually don’t eat our food here because there is never anywhere to sit. Maybe thru should have built this place with more seating. I’ve seen bigger Chipotle locations.

Just left your restaurant. It’s 1pm. I saw at least 5 or 6 folks playing around and only one guy working. I actually had to wait for someone to come ring up my togo order and when a guy finally did, he had attitude. I’m sorry I interrupted his play time. I have to get back to work.

$ 25 for lunch for two people is what you can expect but every bit worth it. When we joke and say, «we have Chipotle Money» it because we are looking to enjoy our favorite burrito bowl filled specifically to our liking. This is a hot spot for lunch so as a tip… use the website to order your food. You will jump everyone and go straight to the front. You can even pre pay for the food and be sitting a enjoying it in moments. The website also allows you to choose your pick up time so the food is hot and made just before your arrival. If you wait to get there, plan on a longer than normal lunch.

I do understand this isn’t real Mexican food but I do enjoy it. I frequently go to the location near Tinsletown and it’s always spot on so why would I think any less of another location. I don’t know if it’s because this area is new but they do serve you dramatically less then what I am use too, and a frequent«excuse me, what did you say,» over the counter because there is so much more people talking loud and the music to add to it. But if you’re taking it to go then it’s a good deal

By far the worst customer service I’ve ever had at a chipotle. Never coming here again. Get your shit together. Can’t believe i got such a half ass meal. Stay away

I’m usually against reviews on chain establishments. But come on… it’s Chipotle! Food is always fresh, guacamole is always tasty, the cheese is delightful! I’m a huge fan of the chicken. I always want to venture out to the other meats, but the chicken is always so delicious I can’t break myself away from it! Finally, it’s «Food with integrity» not everything is organic, but it’s all responsibly grown and that means a lot as a consumer :)

First visit and it was enough to get an overall impression of this place, which is too hyped up for what it is IMO. PROS: Fresh ingredients and nice flavor of food and fixings. Good value for what you pay. Portions are nice and big. Salsas taste fresh and are just spicy enough. Staff was welcoming and friendly, except the cashier. CONS: Too small/Crowded Tables/Drink fountain and floor beneath it were FILTHY. There were enough employees in the back to do less talking/socializing and start cleaning up the place. Cashier seemed robotic and didn’t even look at me while ringing me up. I like the convenience/fast service and value for the food, which is good, but I think it’s better to get orders to go because of the small size of the restaurant. Will keep it as an option but very likely won’t become a regular.

People, this is probably the best place to eat in the Fountains by Farah at least until Kona Grill opens. This is NOT real mexican… lets just start there. You have a few options bowl, salad or gigantic burrito filled Subway style with whatever you want, chorizo, beef, chicken, etc. TONS of options and actually the cilantro rice is quite amazing. I dont eat at Chipoltle as often as others, not addicted yet, but its a go to when im starving for sure. lol. Service is solid, quick, efficient. Cant say its the best place ever for service but you get what you pay for. Like I said, if youre in the area and want some good food, hit it up!

It’s not real Mexican. Ya, I know… but it’s still fricken gOOd and I make a trip every other week. At least. I basically always get the same thing from every Chipotle: A steak bowl on white rice and pinto beans with lettuce, cheese, corn salsa, mild salsa, the red salsa, sour cream and guacamole. Extra corn salsa, please? I would’ve given this Chipotle a 4 star because I am a fan, it’s generally clean, and the service flows… but why, why does this place always have a strange smell? Sometimes more pungent than other days, but I don’t ever dine-in so I don’t have to deal with the smell that long. Other than that though, it’s a good Chipotle.

Great burritos, lives up to the Chipotle name, I love me a steak burrito with some guac and Chipotle sauce! Fast and friendly staff, lots of outside tables. This location is a bit of a pain to get to because of the fountains traffic, but they do have their own area of the parking lot.
