Arby’s Roast Beef Sandwich

Rachel turkey sandwich is my new LOVE! Had to explain to my wife i went to arbys and met Rachel and fell in love. Amazing service here and always friendly. The manager always walks out your meals to you. It never feels like a fast food restaurant here. Thank you guys for the awesome service!

I’ve lived here for years and just noticed this was here.
It’s Arby’s, you know what to expect for the food and being fast food, you kind of expect a certain level of service and cleanliness.
The order taker was a really nice young man, articulate and polite. I do not remember his name, though. The interior of the restaurant was a little dated, looked and smelled like the 80’s with the carpet but for some of us, that’s not a bad thing. :-) The dining room was a decent size and I noticed who I believe a manager to be engaging with friendly talk with some customers.
The first thing I noticed immediately about the sauce counter was how clean it was. Those areas are typically dirty with spilled sauces everywhere but not here. To me, that’s great attention to detail because it shows they care about how their restaurant is presented.
A young lady brought our food out for us, that was a pleasant surprise as most places usually call your name/​number and you pick up your food from the counter. She brought our food to the table and asked if we needed anything else.
Food was typical Arby’s, which is actually quite consistent from the numerous Arby’s I’ve eaten at over the years.
In all, this was a good experience and I will definitely go back.

Service was outstanding. Josh was very pleasant and took care of me by changing out the soda add soon as I asked about it. Food was hot and fresh however the dining room was a little messy.

Its an Arbies with a fun ride if you are using the drive through. It was obviously not intended to have a drive around line at this building, as it is a super squeeze through the back and the front side has a huge drop off hill to the right that will make you feel as though you went to Disneyland if you aren’t prepared and pull off to the right as I did.
