These folks have decent intentions, but they have no idea what they’re doing. Most of the work is outsourced or are from cookie cutter templates. If you want something done that is personalized and unique, don’t go here. It’s a franchise and is subject to the whims of the franchise. It’s a McDonald’s model of design and advertising — two things that should never go together.
For full disclosure, I worked here. I worked closely with the owners and was promised many things through the company. My wife and I became friends with them, and after 6 months of working there, they laid me off without notice or explanation on the day my son was born.
Having said that, they now outsource all of their work and collect a premium on top. If your business needs design or web work, go elsewhere.
