I just had my inspection done today and I’m 9 days down from when escrow opened. Luckily we hired Rafael and he was able to find so much in the house as far as foindation, electrical AC leaks not all of others can find. I highly recommend Ralph for any house inspection. Don’t matter what year they were built or how big the house is.

Been house hunting this summer (2015) in the SGV and because it’s a seller’s market, most deals are AS-​IS or something close to it. I was in escrow and called Ralph who always has my best interests at hand. He gave me the news «uncut» and told us very objectively what was at stake. We then decided the foundation issues were too much of a financial commitment and backed out. He finds things City inspectors and new home construction inspectors overlook and miss. He knows so much of the industry it’s amazing. There are people who just go to work and do the job … Ralph is not one of them … he genuinely is passionate about his craft and providing full disclosure of the property as it stands. Honestly, he’s like one of those secret parking spots you really don’t want too many people to know about, but he’s such a good, honest and patient guy. He deserves a higher rating than 5 stars! (He does Termite inspection and treatment as well).

Best part is no matter how busy he is, he will always help get the work done in a timely manner. This is so important because we are always on a tight schedule given the nature of the business. Ralph goes the extra mile, doesn’t over promise, doesn’t under deliver. The generated reports are professional, and informative. When I do need further information, Ralph responds very quickly and communicates in a professional manner.

He gives a good explanation as to repairs that are needed right away as well as repairs that are not so urgent. His turnaround time for the home inspection report is very quick.
