I’ve been going with this guy for quite some time he is very knowledgeable, I highly recommend this place. Prices are very reasonable. Great customer service, product was fixed on time he even gave me a discount I would definitely be coming here more often.

I highly recommend this place, Michael provided outstanding service. My MacBook had a prohibited sign, in order to restart the whole software I wanted to get it backed up into an external hard drive. When I took it in, Michael explained to me what he would be doing to it. He called me the following day saying it was ready. When I picked it up, he took the time to show me that all my files were saved on the external hard drive.

my phone 5 was completely ruined. it was shattered, had no home button, no lock button, the back was discolored and cracked. they fixed my entire phone for $ 145 and even included a new battery. I was completely satisfied with the work and price. I basically got a new iPhone 5 for half the price. if I could rate this place with more stars, I would. I will recommend Idotec to everyone.

Brought my MacBook in for the infamous «gray screen of death» without an appointment and they gladly took it in. They called the next day said it would cost $ 130 because they had to reinstall Microsoft office. Got it back the next day. Unfortunately they had to delete everything which was fine because I hardly use my computer, just for school stuff and watch videos. My computer is basically brand new with the new Yosemite upgrade. Thanks Michael!

Cool LiL Hole In The Wall, One Stop Tec Shop. Brought In My Lap Top A Few Months Ago And Works Good As New Now. An Today Had To Stop By An Bring In My IPhone 5 cuz my screen was broken, he took less then 40min to fix that for me as well. Like I said cool spot and the owner is very helpful and knowledgeable, knew exactly what was up with my laptop. Thanks again Idotec, I’ll be back. Hopefully not soon… lol jk. Great place and great pricing!!!

Came here because my macbook was running so slow I want to throw it at a wall. Got it fixed within three days and he was kind enough to wait until I got paid to come and pick it up. Also cleaned the exterior of the computer and it looks better than ever. Computer runs great and he installed a new OS for cheap, as well as offered to upgrade my RAM but I declined until a later date. Will come here again for my computer needs.
