Gypsy Dawn Beauty Bar

From the moment you walk in, you can’t help but fall in love with this beautiful little EDH gem. The décor is to die for. Everything is rustic with a true hint of gypsy. Reclaimed wood and cute details galore! Even their doormat is welcoming and makes you smile.
Most importantly, however, is the incredible service they provide. It usually takes me a couple of visits at a salon to work up the courage to be specific with what I want, and usually I still don’t get it on the first try. Not the case AT ALL here. Anjelii is without a doubt a master who not only took the time to really listen to what I was requesting, but also HONESTLY explained the process of achieving what I want.
As I sat in the chair waiting for my color to process, she did a gentleman’s cut and tended to a client who dropped in and expressed that she was relieved that they were open on the Sunday before Memorial Day, as she ran out of product and needed it as soon as possible. Nothing but smiles left the salon.
After a couple of hours of listening to good music while enjoying «me time», a couple less inches of hair, and a couple of hundred foils, I was transformed by her magic touch! I without a doubt will be coming back to the hands I trust most.

I absolutely love this salon. I am usually pretty skeptical about new people doing my hair, but coming to ConniMaree to get highlights done was such a great decision. She is so sweet, the whole staff are as well. She was very accommodating, friendly and gave me exactly what I wanted for my hair, and at a very reasonable price as well. The whole interior is decorated adorably, and the experience as a whole was fantastic. I will be coming here for all my hair and makeup needs :)

Sarah is incredible. She 1-​totally fit me in same day when I needed a cut desperately for a special event, 2– did a fantastic job on my cut, listening to what I needed her to fix and let me explain what I wanted and actually delivered that and 3– walked me through HOW to actually do it myself when I got home. She took the time to teach me how to do loose waves with a straightener and even let me do a couple as she coached me. She is just absolutely fantastic. And so so so sweet. All around awesome experience.

Emmy at GD is like the most totally versatile styiist, colorist and all-​around amazingly knowledgeable and easy to work with person in the free world. She does my gym teacher’s short hair (from El Dorado Sports Club) and long hair, thick hair… you name it. She even does totally cool guys’ styling.

Absolutely LOVE this place!!! Everyone here is so knowledgable and nice. I’ve never loved my hair as much as I do now. Not to mention the owner (ConniMaree) is an amazing makeup artist also! She’s done my makeup for my wedding, maternity photos, and just a fun night out. I seriously will not go anywhere else now that I’ve found this gem!!!

Connimaree is fantastic. Great quality in her work and she will go above and beyond to make sure you leave with a look you love. I highly recommend her. Prices are very reasonable, as well! Especially for the area.
