Good customer service. As a person that follows the fitness and supplement industry i can tell they know what they are talking about. They study the products and actually take them to experience the effects of the products. I have gone to other GNCs for example a few in san diego. When I go in i feel intimidated by the employees. Comparing the el centro GNC with the vitamin shoppe, i prefer GNC honestly
I had a disappointing experience one of the last times I came in. I was looking for hair vitamins & the employee there suggested some chewables & when I asked for an alternate recommendation because I prefer my supplements in the form of pills the employee said to me in a sarcastic tone «Well the ones I recommend are the chewables but you don’t want to get those so I don’t know what to tell you’. Just felt the attitude was uncalled for. I’ve switched over to Vitamin Shoppe ever since.
