I spent several hundred dollars having my grandfather clock worked on by this company. I live in Ramona so I had to take it in. The first time he «fixed» it it did not work when I got it home. The hooks were broken off all the weights as if he had dropped the box they were in. He said they were all fine when it left here, yeah right! I called and he told me that the «tick and tock were off» ??? so I brought it back (I had to locate and replace the hooks for the weights as he did not have new replacements ???). He supposedly repaired it again (charged me again) but when I got it home it still did not work. I called again and he told me I did something wrong when I moved it into my house. I have moved this clock several times and never had a problem leveling and setting up the clock. Each time I brought it in I was charged more money. He said he would come out and fix it at my home. I never heard from him again. I took it to another clock repair shop and they told me he did not do the work I was charged for (replace all bushings in the mechanism). I had to pay again for the work I paid him to do, but instead he ripped me off to the tune of over $ 500 and I got nothing in return. The other clock repair installed new bushings in the clock and it now works great. YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU USE THIS CLOCK SHOP!
