I’m very upset by the boss nachos. I expected them to be loaded with yummy goodness. But they were the blandest thing I’ve tasted at Taco Bell. The guac was bland, the beans, even the steak. And the steak was like gummy. Ew. It was nasty. I couldn’t even finish it nor did I want to. Bleh. Thanks for nothing.

This was my first visit to this particular Taco Bell — yes, I eat on the run. I normally don’t do reviews on fast food establishments but in this case I thought this Taco Bell deserved it. Since I eat and go, I usually frequent another Taco Bell — however, this time I was close to this one in my travels so decided to drive through. The young lady at the window that obtained my payment and handed me the food was very polite and cordial — she repeated my order while looking in the bag to ensure that she did not miss anything(A FIRST! — didn’t have to check myself). She told me to have a good day. .. and I was off. Stopping for a brief time in a parking lot to have a few bites, I pulled out my food and noticed a mint candy in my bag. What a special touch. The other Taco Bell doesn’t do that. This Taco Bell gets a 5-Star for customer service.

Look it’s Taco Bell, how great an experience do you expect to receive here? Be honest with yourself, the reason you went here to eat is because you’ve given up on life; at least for the day. You ordered tacos with mystery meat and unmelted cheese served to you by a pimply faced teenager who can’t tell his butthole from a chimichanga, much less take your order correctly or push the correct buttons with the pictures on them. So please, before you pull up to the drive thru lower your expectations a bit and realize you are at the Wal Mart of fast food. Ron Swanson

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Horrible customer service and the food is gross, old and taste sour and horrible. The staff is rude and has attitudes as soon as you approach the drive thru window. The food or veggies are never fresh and even though the food is reasonable it shouldn’t taste like crap. I’ve been to way better Taco Bells in San Diego.

Left the following for my review provided for , as well: I am extremely angry & hoping Taco Bell cares about my issue. I have had an issue TWICE with Taco Bell now. I love the mini chicken quesadillas from the dollar menu & in the past, have been satisfied with how hefty they were for the price. But the last time I went to Taco Bell, I ordered one & it was not only the WRONG kind(a beef one), but it was meagerly packed(mostly tortilla with a tiny pouch of ingredients shoved in the middle). Since I didn’t want to waste food, I ate it & chalked it up to if it happens again, I’ll do a survey. Well, ITDID. I want to know WHY Taco Bell has a dollar menu if you’re going to give me a sloppy product with barely any ingredients in it. A homeless man ordered food before me in line and they gave him a nice hefty burrito for his dollar, which is awesome, but how come I’m not treated with the same courtesy? How do you know if I’m financially hurting or not, just based on my appearance? My boyfriend went to to Taco Bell this morning & with his free Crunch Wrap coupon, got a very hefty food product for the price of beverage. I want your next actions to tell me my dollar MATTERS to Taco Bell & make up for this, or I’ll take my money elsewhere.

From the time I walk through the door, until I leave, I have always received exceptional customer service at this location. I live closer to another Taco Bell, but I continue to go back to this location because it has wonderful service. The employees are very friendly and always greet me with a smile and a hello. 99.9% of time, my special orders are correct. When it hasn’t been, it’s corrected promptly without any problems. The food is always great. The lobby and restrooms are always clean. This is by far the best Taco Bell around here!

I hate this Taco Bell with a passion, every time I think about going there, something does not turn out right. The food tastes stale and it does not taste as fresh as the one off mission gorge near American gas. Last time I was there, I was in the drive in for like 15 mins. I sat at the voice box for like 5 mins or so before someone said anything. I had to explain twice what a pintos and cheese was… second time I did it in detail… but I will not be back to this Taco Bell anytime soon.

Taco Bell… Taco Bell. All the stories we hear of having terrible stomach issues due to indulgence of its mysterious yet delicious menu items. As you probably do as well, I ignore those stories and experiences and eat at Taco Bell whenever I hear the suggestion. 5 stars for a Taco Bell??? YES! As I have only been here once, the experience was unforgettable. After spending all day being weird with a few good, however, somewhat slightly ghetto but respectable friends… we decided to head out to Santee for Sonic. We spent 5 hours talking about what we were going to eat so we were STARVING by the time we actually left for food. After seeing the line wrapped around the building at Sonic, we decided to go to In-N-Out. You already know what that line looked like so we managed to maneuver out of it and park RIGHT in front of Taco Bell. I was let down but excited to finally eat. The cashier was extremely nice despite our Christmas tree aroma and joked with us casually. The orders came out and my friend’s was missing a taco and an Empanada. He was given an extra one of each for the mix up. The cooks and other employees were listening to a lot of our conversations and chimed in wherever they could. It turned into being the funniest visit to Taco Bell ever! I cannot finish the story because I don’t want to get the employees in trouble… These people were awesome! Customer Service: 10 Food: 10(what do you expect at Taco Bell? it was served as it should be I guess?) Times I fell out of my chair from laughter: 10 Places like this get my business all the time!

I didn’t think I’d ever give a review for Taco Bell. I’m giving 5 stars because the customer service was excellent. I ordered the grande meal and asked for no onions on the burritos. When I was handed my order in the drive-thru Nathanael wanted me to check to make sure my order was correct. It had onions. i’m glad he caught the mistake instead of me finding out when I got home. He immediately had fresh burritos made for me and let me keep the ones they made a mistake on. He apologized for the inconvenience and then gave me a free drink and cinnamon twists. Very very friendly, I will be coming back here! Thanks again :)

«For a guilty food fix… This is the friendliest place to go. Sure, it’s not real Mexican, & sometimes they’re a little skimpy with the meat, but the service is ALWAYS friendly which is why we keep coming back when that fast food urge creeps up.»

Hit up this Taco Bell for dinner and lunch while working in the area. After having to wait in a line at the neighboring In N Out for my co-worker’s dinner, it was nice to walk up to a counter with no wait, order and get my food in half the time. For dinner, I got two chicken chalupas. Chalupas are pretty much the only thing I would eat at Taco Bell in general(which i do maybe less than once a year) — something about fried flatbread is just so tasty for me. Both were made correctly, and hit the spot. For lunch, I tried some sort of grilled cheeseless quesadilla /tostada hybrid. chicken, lettuce, salsa. in a combo, with a bean taco and a drink. not bad. but not as awesome as a chalupa. For what Taco Bell as a chain offers, this one does it right — good staff making the orders correctly and quickly. I’d give them more stars, but the food is still just Taco Bell fast food. Though I got my first order to go, it looks like they have a decent sized and clean dining area, which i enjoyed on my second visit — a little calm before going back to work.
