Taco Bell

Steven L. gave great customer service and very fast service and was nice, happy, and attentive in the drive thru. I never thought I would write a Unilocal review about a Taco bell, but this individual was very outstanding. Management always remember the bad service and forgets about all the good service the individual does. I have been a manager for over 35 years and to be a good manager one must know how to communicate with employees. Also To be a good manager you need to have good listening skills. Even though you are the manager the greatest resource of information you will gain will be from your employees. I have been to this location several times and I was embarrass what I have witness. You have good people and bad people working here. I was very appalled when I saw a manager disciplining a employee in front of customers. I stopped going to this location for along time just because of what I saw. I am slowing coming back to this location. Bad experiences that are hard to forget in my opinion, there’s nothing more frustrating than having that kind of experience.

Watch out for this Taco Bell store when the shift manager Nick is there!!! I purchased 3 beefy five layer burritos on Nicks shift and got no beef but a whole lot of tortilla and when I went inside to ask for my money back he said we are not a clothing store all sales are final. So then I called taco bells corporate number and found out not all sales are final that he should have at least remade my food or given me a full refund. I thought good customer service meant a customer should always be right and treated with respect that’s not the case with this this store. This Taco Bell will fail soon if they keep guys like Nick on their payroll…

Sometimes after leaving the city after a long day, I get the urge for Taco Bell as was the case Tuesday night and after I ordered my food I realized that the dining room was freezing and as I picked up my food I mentioned it to the employee and she told me she was freezing, that there was something wrong with their heating and it was automated and they couldn’t touch it.
Someone needed to make a phone call as there are ⁷⁄₂₄ heating specialists available even in east county.
Also, of all the taco bells I’ve been to over the last few years, this Taco Bell off of 8 east is very stingy as they hardly put any meat in their tacos, maybe an ounce at the most I’d guess.
The owner of the place would be hurtin if Taco Bell still had the Bellbeefer, LoL!

I went threw the drive thru and the person was rude. I asked for two waters and she got a worse attitude and gave water and then slammed the drive thru window. I called to come plain and the manager said he will take care of it.

I ordered 2 mini chicken quesadillas NON OF THE CHEESE WAS MELTED IT WAS COLD, I also ordered a beefy 5 layer asked for no sour cream and I got it with tons of sour cream… the beefy frito burrito I ordered had stale fritos in it… none of us actually ate ANY of what we ordered. … we had to throw it away because it was digusting… not the first time this Taco bell has done something like this!

When it comes to Taco Bell I prefer this one over others nearby. This restaurant is very clean and staffed with professional employees. The portions are not diluted like others. Food is definitely not Mexican buts it’s a great American substitute.

For Taco Bell its pretty typical. Very cookie cutter. Difficult drive thru to navigate if youre in anything larger than a subcompact.

I really like this Taco Bell it’s always clean and the staff is aways friendly. The only bad thing I have to say is that I’ve been there more than once when the soda machine was broken but the cashier gave me a free Baja Blast so it made up for it

I came to try their Doritos Tacos Locos because growing up I was a big fan of the original Dorito chip. I ordered the combo pack that came with three and a drink (

The inside filling, the zesty ground beef, the fresh shredded lettuce, and grated cheese were good tasted good as I remembered (
), but the problem was the Dorito shell. The shell had a nice color and was crunchy (
), but its flavor was off. It did not so much remind me of a Dorito chip. In fact, it was rather tasteless with a small hint of cheese flavor. I think they need to up the flavor profile on these if they want to continue calling them a Doritos Loco Taco. I mean, eat a real Dorito chip, cleanse the palate and then bite taco’s shell, and you’ll see what I mean. It just did not remind me of a Dorito…
Service okay at this location and they started to clean as soon as they saw me taking picture. The employee were a little off when it came to sheer personality and such, not much of talkers here, but they got by.
I like a good Dorito. You can make it better Taco Bell!

If you like Taco Bell this is a good one. The food is typically fresh the place is clean and the staff is friendly.
Taco bells are a good place to get good food at a great price. Don’t expect the food to be like an authentic Mexican restaurant. But even though it’s a lot different I personally like it.

This was my first time in a while going to Taco Bell, wasn’t expecting much from the dine in experience. Just went in to try xxl nachos, they were ok. I didnt like the customer service, and the place was neglected. But then again i dont expect much from Taco Bell.
