Drove all of the way to this location because their Palm store indicated that they had the brand «Imperial» here. Once here they did not have any. I guess I should have called first. :-(

Poor quality glass pieces and they don’t stand by their products. I purchased a glass water piece and when I got home (less then a block) and removed piece from bag it was broken. I immediately returned to shop (less then a block) and was told they don’t take returns on glass. $ 50 piece unusable, except for stem and bowl. I was told by Jessie he’d give me a deal on replacement. He tried to sell me exact replacement for another $ 40. Upon closer look it was obvious the others would probably break at same fusion point as the original one I’m stuck with. I needed a piece so I purchased a piece he originally quoted me $ 40. He charged me $ 35. Some deal! So $ 85 later, I have a stem, bowl, broken water pipe, and piece I can use that I later found elsewhere for $ 25.
I will never step foot in here again no matter how conveniently located they are to me.

Wow they recently remodeled the place added more peices and lowered all their prices. This place is a hidden a gem and I’m glad I found out about it. Couldn’t believe all the rare peices, hookah selection, and they have cheapest cigs! This is a real all in one spot especially since of the expansion. The guys that run the shop are really friendly and happy to help what your looking for and if they don’t have it they’ll get it or something close to it. 5 stars overall.

These guys are always real friendly and don’t make you feel pressured to buy anything, but are really knowledgeable about what they have available. They only accept cash but there is an ATM in there and they always give you a lighter if you use it to offset the ATM fee. They get to know you if you go in a couple times and hook up lighters randomly too. I go out of my way on the trolley and the bus to go here.
