Royal Palace Banquet Hall & Restaurant

With the Royal Palace Banquet Hall, I can continue to say nothing but wonderful things about all the staff, wonderful owner, and AMAZING, fresh food. Any type of event my family is having I definitely refer them to this place because of the wonderful management! Thank goodness for this place!

Awesome service, awesome food! Loved the Mediterranean décor. I went to a wedding and a concert at this hall and had a great time at both!

I’m here for the second time, and all I got to say is good things about this place.
Me and my family have a great time here, why is that? We have a good time with everyone that works here that comes here we tip well the staff here. That is the whole point. Good time starts with you. Quit pointing fingers to The’s people that make it possible for us to have good time here. We will return again and again. Thank you for having us.

Big haul for big events or big parties. They serve delicious food and have great music. Very nice atmosphere, it’s like a bar and night club mixed together. You can sit down and enjoy a drink or go for a dance!

What a scammer!!! Widad politely took the money for the decoration and Acted like she was listening to our request!!! When day came, she was no where to be found. She delivered less than what we asked!!! The beautiful wedding hall was hardly decorated! We paid for the foundation around the dance floor to be decorated, the stage to be decorated. We picked out the special chairs for the groom and the bride!!! Instead we got nothing but table runners and linens!!! No one in their right mind will pay $ 2000 for linens and table runners!!! The back drop was so plain it hardly looked like a wedding. She showed us some picture on her lap top and we picked from there. It must have been somebody’s work!!! She promised to send someone to be there at the hall 9am but by 11am no one was there. She promised to supervise the work her employees did… But it turned out she never showed up!!! How embracing and heartbreaking for a pride and groom to sit in same chair as the bridesmaids and groomsmen!!! The worst part is she denied any of the requests we made when we call after the wedding!!! How disappointing it is to have a worst décor on a wedding day! Weddings are not cheap and any money people spend for their wedding is because it matter to them greatly!!! She single handedly ruined our day!!!

It was very nice open parking very spacious had a bar :-D service was poor but the security was cool.

The Management is good, the hall and food are excellent,
The only bad thing is that they recommended a wedding planner named Widad Younan who took the money and didn’t show up or do the work, took the money and disappeared !!!
We had a horrible event day experience because of that ‚
The manager told me that he will get me the money back (its his recommendation after all, and in fact she stores her materials in his warehouse !!) which didn’t happen …
She kept lying till 1 hour before the party … total Fraud …
