Not having been to the dentist in 10 years, I was apprehensive and beyond scared. Dr Ray’s staff was warm and helpful. After a cleaning and x-​rays, Dr Ray and I talked about what was going on. He made me feel like I wasnt a complete idiot for neglecting my dental health by not going to the dentist. He explained all of what he saw, all my options, and is getting all necessary authorizations prior to any services. He was compassionate knowing what I need will be pricey even with insurance, but he would work with me to take care of all my dental needs and concerns. I’m beyond pleased and ecstatic about all that happened at Dr. Ray’s office. I’m a patient for life :)
