I was very disappointed when this location closed because it was the closest to my house… So needless to say, I was pleased when I heard it had reopened. The(presumably new) franchisee had the place remodeled and it looks almost nice inside(wood paneling, trendy flooring, flat screen TV menus). When I called in my order, I waited a good 30 seconds before anyone answered, but they told me the pizza would take just 10 mins. I actually waited 20 minutes before arriving and there was no one else in the store. I waited 2.5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence. Several people in the back walked past and looked at me and it wasn’t until that 2.5 minute mark that someone finally asked another employee«has that girl been helped yet?». There was some back and forth before someone came out to actually ask me if I’d been helped. When I said no, she said they would be right with me… 1 minute later someone else comes to take my money and tells me MYORDERISN’T EVENREADY. All said and done, my order took 29 minutes from the time I called. No apology for the wait. Barely a smile and a mumbled«have a good day». I’ve gotten used to going elsewhere during the months this location was closed so I guess it won’t be a big deal to never come here again.

When they first started the Pretzel Pizza, I went in and got a cheese Pretzel Pizza and it was awesome — the perimeter crust was round and fat and just like a NY baked pretzel and the cheese was gooey and perfect. I was so impressed I went back a few days later and ordered another and it was the opposite — overcooked, perimeter crust flat and over salted and hardly any cheddar sauce. I called it in and was told to come in and they’d give me another at a discount(not even taking full responsibility for their horrible pizza). I went back a few days later and ordered again, and this time I was given the wrong pizza — a Pepperoni Pretzel — and the crust was once again flat and when I told the counter person I wanted one made correctly — like it shows in the tv ads and what’s showing in the pictures on their counter, she told me the baker said they can’t make it that way!? Funny, I got it the correct way the first time and is what is shown in the ads, I said. She just shrugged and said that the baker said they can’t make it that way. So basically, don’t order one if you expect it to be as advertised unless you want a pizza with a flat crust and overcooked.

I decided to try their Pretzel Pizza. It was like eating a slab of dough covered with salt and cheese whiz! Disgusting! I had to wait for it as well! The staff at this Little Caesar’s are friendly enough, too bad I had to throw away practically the whole pizza.

I stopped by this fairly new relocated Little Caesar’s( ) and ordered a large meat lovers pizza which included a generous amount of pepperoni, sausage, and bacon.( ) The pizza was not Hot ‘N Ready because it is considered a specialty pizza, so I had to wait for about 10 minutes. The pizza cost $ 8 plus tax. The pizza was great. It was loaded with toppings and since it was made on the spot, it came nice and hot. The crust was very good. The ends were nice and plump, and they had a nice moist chewy center. The crunchy and chewy bacon was very tasty and slightly spicy sausage were abundantly splattered about the pizza.( ) Every bite had pepperoni, sausage, and bacon. Well done. Service was keen. The girl behind the counter had a great sense of humor and was expedient. Pizza! Pizza!
