Absolutely and without question the worst. It took at least ten minutes for them to take the order of the person in front of me in line at the drive thru, and there was zero line in front of them. The woman at the drive thru was exasperated and sighing as she took our order, and true to form was an obvious tweeker(meth addict). As I sat there, I realized that the last time I went to this location I had a similarly bad experience. In that case, I was sent around to the parking lot to wait 15 minutes for my order. For this reason, it is plain to me that there is a management problem at this location. Avoid it if you can!

Don’t bother! Nothing is ever ready or they are out of food! I went thru the drive-thru and ordered an all white meat meal. I waited about 2 minutes for someone to even come two the window, and when they finally did they told me they were out of white meat! Another time they told me it would take 10 – 15 minutes for my order. I called tonight to see if they had anything ready and nobody even answered! I’ll head over to Popey’s instead.

i will never return to this kfc. the chicken is not kfc’s recipe. someone is adding other spices and it taste super peppery and the herbs are different. also the biscuits are like hockey pucks and the sides are cold. and to boot the cashier has attitude about giving a receipt. while waiting someone dropped a pan of chicken and everyone was laughing and i could hear all of this on the drive thru speaker. i worked for kfc for 8 years and this is not the kfc we all love. … leave the chicken the way it was …

I placed an order for a 3 piece grilled chicken dinner w/cole slaw($ 6.59), the girl said thank you, that will be $ 9.52. I asked how that could be when the dinner was 6.59, she obviously was texting or something else because she wasn’t listen to me. She apologized and said she would correct it. 18 mins later we arrived at the window(so much for fast food). The lady at the window looked at me and asked if I had the 2… I stopped her in mid sentence and and told her that I had ordered a 3 piece grilled dinner with cole slaw. She then asked if that was the breast and the wing?!#&^$%? She obviously has a problem listening also… At that point I looked at her and told her how pathetic this place was and left. Went to Popeyes, placed a similar order and was in and out in 4 mins.

While the customer service has always been great, after today, I will never go to a KFC again. Ever. Normally, one would think that the quality of food served to the public would actually be taken into consideration. I don’t think it’s hit quite yet for this company, or if it has, it’s definitely not at this location. After spending 23 dollars on chicken, I expected to at least have one juicy, tender piece to eat. Nope! Instead, I got nothing but ridiculously dry, tough, and bone filled chicken pieces(no meat at all). The chicken most likely had been sitting for a while, either that or it was previously cooked and reheated. Yuck! By far the most disgusting looking chicken I have ever laid my eyes on. I can’t believe that the person selecting the chicken would have thought these were ok to sell. I have most certainly learned my lesson and will be taking my business elsewhere. Actually better yet, I will just go to my local grocery store and get better quality and tasting rotisserie chicken for a third of the price.

I love their whire meat chicken. I usually get this for a fast food meal because it’s a healthy choice. Stay clear of the popcorn chicken. It is almost all batter! !!

Okay, I admit it, I have a dirty little secret… I crave the KFC’s lemon cake. It is absolutely delicious! In picking up some grilled chicken through their drive thru, I had the very pleasant experience of receiving over the top, friendly, efficient service at the window. Both pick-ups were in the evening after 5; one of the KFC employees was an African American woman, another was a Caucasian(blonde). I almost called their corporate office to tell them what two fantastic employees they have, but I did not have their names. Hopefully, the above facts will help identify them to the powers that be, but regardless, the grilled chicken is fantastic and the lemon cake is unbelievably delicious. Please don’t discontinue it and thank you for the unexpected but much appreciated great customer service.

…and yet again I got suckered in by an ad! because the chicken little is back! I had the chicken little combo which came with two chicken littles, a choice of a side, I settled for the wedge fries, and for a drink, I had the unsweetened iced tea. I asked for my littles to be made with no mayo and with extra pickles. The combo cost $ 5.00. The chicken littles are advertised as «Big Taste Little Price,» and little they certainly are, but yummy too.( ) The chicken was was very good. They basically had 1 chicken strip each using KFC’s original recipe.( ) They were very tasty and the pickles were perfect for this little sandwich. You can buy them for $ 1.29 a piece too. The wedge cut fries were very good. They were heavily seasoned with they special spice blend and were perfectly cooked.( ) They were crunchy on the outside and pipping hot on the inside. I had them with ketchup and some BBQ sauce.( ) I think I got filled by the fries more than the chicken littles. The service was good, but the place needed to be cleaned. The trash cans were full and may of the tables needed a good wipe down. I had to search for a clean spot to eat. I will have a dozen chicken littles please…

Its KFC… Its not soul food, its not mamas home cooking, its KFC. Which means you have to expect processed foods, and greasy unknowns, and slimy yet satisfying meals. I recently ordered the two snacker meal. Which was pretty standard. Chewy pulled chicken in mediocre barbecue sauce. However, my side of mash potatoes and gravy is to die for. I don’t know if its the extra fat they put in it, or just the corn starchy potato flakes, but something makes me just go gaga over them. They don’t taste like real potatoes. But the gravy is so perfectly made to make your mouth water just thinking about it! The cashiers are usually very friendly, and usually help us out a lot! I always see employees taking their breaks inside the lobby, but that doesn’t bother me. Again, pretty KFC. pretty standard fake meats with extra fat and a side of heartattack. But if I die eating a two piece and a biscuit, I’ll die a happy man!

Literally the sickest I have even been. 4 nights laying on the bathroom floor to throw up the water and meek tea I could keep down for brief intervals of time. I was delirious with sickness and lack of sleep after this food festered in my system. It was a week long haze while my boyfriend did everything he could just to keep me hydrated. Followed by another week of recovery. This was some time ago, but I haven’t been to ANYKFC since. I probably should have gone to the hospital.
