Dickies

Thie store is located 2504 Jamacha Rd. Rancho San Diego.
This store sells Dickies but will not stand behind the quality. I was trying to exchange a work pair that had come apart at the seams after washing them once with a receipt. The store said they do not warranty the product and to contact Dickies. This is not proper customer service, I am sure Dickies would honor an exchange due to the seams coming apart. II will no longer buy my work clothes at this store. Their negative attitude towards customers reveals what type of people represent this store
I will tell people not to shop there. Dickies will also being warned about their customer service

Custom clothing indeed. This place is full of custom made wholesale t shirts (read: uncomfortable cheap fabric, which is never a problem for me but here these shirts are very low quality) that feature California themed things. cool but you pay for quality, go to tillys, zumiez, pacsun etc if your looking for ACTUAL California lifestyle wear.

This place (actually called ‘California custom clothing’ or something similar) has earned my business for a very long time. I called at 7:30 and asked how late they were open, and the man on the phone said, «How soon can you be here?» I told him 20 minutes, and he said that would be fine. BUT then I discovered that my daughter was not ready to go, so I had to get her dressed, causing me to arrive right at 8 PM.
The employee was shutting the lights off and locking the door, and I said «Sorry for making you wait, I’ll come back another day.» He, however, was insistent that I come in anyway– he turned the lights back on, turned the register back on, and told me to take my time shopping. I found some pants, and then a pair of shorts. When I went to the register, he rang everything in, but then said «I think these shorts are on sale» and went back and checked that they were in fact $ 2 cheaper than he’d charged me.
As the other reviewer mentioned, the prices and selection are great, and the customer service just blew me away. Highly recommended!

They basically have everything, straight up. Prices are as good as any retail and the selection is like being at a Dickies library.
