I have to agree with the previous reviews, there is no need to go anywhere else than Diamond Creations by Ramona. If she doesn’t have what you want in her store, she will design it for you. If she doesn’t have the stone you want, she will find it for you. Ramona aims to please her customers to make sure they get what they want and deserve. She, and her staff, are both personable and professional, while offering only quality for that piece of timeless beauty to be admired for years to come. Thank you Ramona!

You’ve heard of jewelers switching diamonds and couldn’t imagine it happening to you, well it happened to me.
I should have written this review years ago… When my fiancé was looking for my ring to be made he went here because this is where my mother had all of her jewelry made. Ramona was custom making my engagement ring and wedding band. Most of the diamonds were my grandmothers we just needed to buy a center stone. Ramona said she had one, my husband, my mother and I looked at it very carefully with a loupe and were very impressed. My fiancé bought that stone and asked Ramona to include it in my ring sets.
We get engaged. Soon after I’m wearing the ring and notice a big black line in the middle of the stone. I bring it to Ramona asking why the stone is different from the one she showed us originally. She of course said it was the same diamond and the flaw was the reason for the good price. I said there’s no way that’s the same stone, we wouldn’t have missed that big black line you can see with the naked eye, I don’t want that diamond, let’s see if we can replace it. She says ok well I have basically the exact same diamond but without the flaw for a few thousand more, and pulls out another diamond from her filing case. At that point I realized she had switched the diamond from the one that she sold us to the one she actually made my ring with.
Not to mention… the way she made my wedding band to sit flush with the engagement ring caused a CHIP in that same stone a few months later.
So now my ring has a large black line in it and a bit fat chip to match.

Ramona and Diamond Creations is the best. No need to go elsewhere. i’ve been dealing with Ramona for 33 years. She makes dreams come true (with the help from my husband, too). Creative and beautiful work. Ramona is always looking out for her customer’s best interests.

My experience at Diamond Creations could not have been better! Ramona and Ariane possess a level of knowledge and customer service that is truly second to none. Ariane helped me pick out a custom engagement ring that turned out even better than I had hoped, only it wasn’t quite up to THEIR standards. Ramona was clearly upset with the company that made the ring and had them re-​make it so it was perfect. And when I got the new ring it was exactly that. This is the type of customer service that you would not experience at typical jewelry stores. You can rest assured that any piece of jewelry you purchase from them will be of the highest quality, or trust me they wouldn’t sell it to you. I was so thrilled with my experience that I can’t see myself ever going anywhere else.

I spotted this gorgeous ring by perusing DCBR one day while I was waiting to drop off a ring that needed repair. I mentioned how beautiful it was to Ariane and Ramona, even tried it on for kicks. It was STUNNING and fit me perfectly – think Cinderella’s glass slipper {TING!} Sadly, I left without it because, frankly, just wasn’t in my budget at the time. But I went home and gushed to hubby about it anyways. He listened attentively but then quickly dismissed the subject. My dream of ever owning this ring went down the drain. Well my hubby contacted DCBR behind my back and collaborated with them to get me this ring for my 40^th birthday (even though my 40^th was a year away!) He COMPLETELY caught me by surprise and part of that was thanks to Ramona and Ariane!

I have been taking my jewelry to Ramona since before she became Diamond Creations and have always been very satisfied. She majors in customer service and always goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect and that you are totally happy with your purchase. I was able to upgrade my wedding ring last year (thanks to my husband), and Ramona found me a beautiful diamond and setting. As far as I am concerned, she is the only jeweler in town!

I took my wedding ring into Ramona to fix my prawns. Ramona and her staff are very friendly. Her kitty’s are very cute. My rings look beautiful after her work. It was a breathe of fresh air to find a business owner who is honesty and reputable. Ramona staff forgot to call me to give me my bid to fix my ring but Ramona said it was their fault and charged me ¹⁄₃ of the cost of what it should of cost. I really appreciate Ramona honesty and standing behind her word. I will refer friends and family. I will be a client for life.
