Boot World

I don’t go to Boot World for impeccable service. It’s in El Cajon. I go for the Uggs. This year I bought a pair «on sale» for $ 209. After the Christmas rush. I got home and checked the Uggs website and found the official sale price to be $ 169. I called the store manager and asked for him to match the price I found. Guess what he said. «Bring them in and I’ll adjust the price.» No nonsense or rudeness or trickery. He politely did the right thing, not knowing I’d Unilocal his reaction. I will continue to shop here.

Wow, I read the poor reviews and almost didn’t come here.
I needed some steel toe boots for working on the property after a trip to the ER, but I know little about boots. The young salesman was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and steered me to what I needed. He was aware that I didn’t want to break the bank on paying for a pair of work boots, and gave me several suggestions. He didn’t know the answer to several of my questions, but asked his manager to find out. Very proactive and positive. Thank God he was not a BS type of know-​it-​all salesman.
If Brody is there (hope I got the name right) I’m sure you will get good help.
The selection was pretty large, the store clean, and the help was good.
Perhaps they could be a bit lower on the prices, but I’m not gonna complain.
Hands down the best shoe service I’ve had, ever.

If I could give them no stars I would. Spent 45 minutes in the store before anyone even looked at me. I found a pair of Uggs I liked and had to ask 3 different sales people if they could check other stores for the right size. They finally came back and shouted a store in Orange County at me then walked away. I was in the kid section for another 30 minutes before I found the pair I liked. Spent $ 198 for kids Uggs in my size and guess what folks… they were FAKE AF! I wore them for maybe 3 months during winter here in SD. Smothered the crap out of them in the waterproof spray. Never got them wet, put boot stretchers in them every night so they held their shape… in less than 6 months they were fading and falling apart at the stitching.
I had NO IDEA I would ever be ripped off from a place like Boot World! Never even crossed my mind. I purposefully purchased from them instead of online because I didn’t want to be ripped off. Now that I realize my boots are fake, I look at the Uggs closer and see that the labels on the back are crooked! The insoles won’t come out, there is glue around the sole which is already worn down less than 6 months after purchase, they have pill fuzz on them, the wool liner is crooked with only one side fluffy and not both. I don’t know why or how I hadn’t seen this before! Probably because I trusted their HUGE sign on the window that said 100% real Ugg Boots!
Liars & Crooks is what they are $!

Very rude people, will not ever return to this store they apparently do not need the business.

Boot world Mobile came to our job in Indio I have to say it was the worst service I ever had from them I don’t know if it was the two guys that were taking care of us or the person above them but they both took a break everybody had to wait an hour to get their shoes when I got my shoes I have a discount on the shoes and the guy didn’t even have the change to give me so he went into our job and got change and when he came back he gave me all ones all 19 dollars in ones both guys had attitudes and I was not pleased with the service I know they’re probably be back next year but I hope under new management if not I don’t want any shoes from them

Boots, zero stars… all of them are made in China FYI.

I come here every year at Christmas time to buy uggs for my kids. These boots are not cheap. I usually spend close to $ 500 in that one visit. Today there were four people working and only one man was helpful and this was after I tracked him down. The two women and one tall young man were borderline rude and acted as if I was a bother to them. I’m going to check out the boot store across the street and I might return these boots I just bought. It would be helpful if they would ask if you needed any help occasionally. Boo.

I wish I could give a lower rating, I had the worst customer service I have ever had at this store. I was left alone and ignored while countless others received help from the staff. I swear at one point a sales lady was walking to me and asked if I needed something when the door opened and a new customer started to enter She changed course and help Him as he came in the door. I was there 30 minutes putting up with this before I complained to a salesman and left. It’s not like I was looking around and residing, I was standing there with a display timberland pro boot in my hand trying to get someone to get my size. I know you think they were really busy Huh? Nope only like 4 people in the store. I went across the street to Boot barn and left in less than 5 minutes with boots I wanted in my size and the lady of there that helped me gave me a discount when I told her about the crappy service i got from her competitor. There are many choices out there so I fell i deserve better then bad customer service. do yourself a favor, avoid this store.

This store is great! I bought a pair of boots for my daughter and a thread came loose. They replaced the boots with a brand new pair!!! No hassle no questions asked!

Poop kickers, Came in to see what their selection on Cowboy boots for women were. There were five boots there and they were all cheesy! I am truly disappointed. Everything else they had there was cool. Please upgrade your stock on cowgirl boots! and DONT Ask me if I can fit in kid boots to increase my selection. Look down at my feet! it is very clear I cant! The other employee’s were really awesome!

I stopped by today looking for ladies western riding boots. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The prices were well under Wild Bills but the selection was poor. There were only 4 style to choose from and of those they only had one in my size. They were able to contact another location and find a pair in my size, so overall not bad but not great.

Bought some Uggs here before.
I’m not into big heavy leather booths because my feet do not allow me to wear them in this weather; they sweat too much so I have to wear shoes that breathe.
Best selection of work boots„ anything that is boot. I don’t come here often but I do like to browse; all looks good and usually makes me miss the Northern states and weather.
