Hi five to Stephanie she’s very helpful and kind in every way, she helped my girl get exactly what she needed, keep up the good work guys!

Christmas time last year a received a gift of perfume, lotion, and body wash. I did not like the smell so I went into Santee store to exchange it for perfume, lotion, and BODY lotion. This year I received same smell I did not like went into El Cajon location and they would not allow me to exchange (per the manager) the body wash for a body lotion I called Santee location while in El Cajon store and was told I could exchange with them. Recieved horrible customer service from El Cajon location they do not take care of customers Bree in Santee knows customer service.

Bath and Body Works has the freshest scents in bath gels, lotions, splashes and more. They make great gifts for men and women (mostly women). The store was well merchandise with plenty of products to choose from. When entering the store I was greeted with a smile, the clerk was friendly and helpful. She pointed out the specials (buy 3 get 2 free) and continued to ask me questions about what I was looking for. I was happy when she aloud me time alone to walk through the store. The clerk also gave me an in store shopping bag to make my experience more comfortable. Bath and Body Works are always developing new scents to add to the more popular scents and they have a mailing list that gives you additional discounts.
