This place blows. Overpriced cigarettes and they also advertise nachos on the front window but only sell em for like 3 hours a day. The ONLY thing this place has going for it were the Charleston chews I saw before I walked out nacholess and hungry.

This place is convenient, but I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you need to. It’s small and dirty. You can use a card here, but they charge 50 cents if your purchase is under $ 2.00. My purchase was $ 3.50 and they still told me the charge would apply. I didn’t have cash, so I was forced to pay the extra 50 cents. 50 cents is not much, but it’s the principle of having a sign that specifically says, «Card accepted, $ 0.50 charge for purchases under $ 2.00»

I came here often being a bus driver but have stopped except for when I absolutely need a drink or a quick snack. Some stuff over priced. It is dirty, and since it’s right at the transit center there’s always homeless and craziness around the area. Only use this place if you have to. I wish the transit center had something better like a subway, or just a cleaner store.

At the El Cajon Transit Center. Very Convenient to a busy transit center… and they know it. Restroom cost a quarter… when it isnt closed for cleaning. Funny, the restrooms look like they havent been cleaned in years. The whole store looks dirty and the people that run it are textbook rude. They have a virtual captive audience though so they are probably faring well. The Dirt and filth in the store cannot help but be noticed.
