Pizza Hut

Called them at 11:10PM on a Saturday night. They informed me they were already closed, even though their website and Google says until midnight. Instantly lost all future business from me. Laziness.

My review to the Pizza Hut Survey website:
We ordered 3 large pizzas all extra sauce.
OUR ORDER: (1) Olive/​Mushroom pizza (1) Pepperoni/​mushroom/​bacon (1) cheese pizza
Everything else was fine, the wings, salad, and cheese sticks.
WE RECEIVED: (1) olive pizza *MISSING MUSHROOMS AND EXTRA SAUCE (1) pepperoni/​little bacon *MISSING EXTRA SAUCE AND MUSHROOMS/​COULD USE MORE BACON
DID NOT RECEIVE: CHEESE PIZZA
this was at effingham and my parents requested to talk to a manager.
the cashier said that she was too busy.
eventually the manager comes out and my father requests a copy of the wrong order receipt.
the manager said that they’re too busy.
and after the second time asking, she finally gave the receipt. it had the CORRECT ORDER on it– so Pizza Hut was at fault.
WHAT SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED: they stated, after we called, that they were out of mushrooms. THEY SHOULD HAVE called us or let us know during the order so we could change it.
The manager should have been nicer and not full of excuses.
OUR COMPENSATION: our old sauceless cheese pizza, and a free extra sauce cheese pizza, and some $ 10 discount during the first order from taking so long.
EXPECTED COMPENSATION: the pizza had barely any sauce and those without the proper toppings were not very appealing. The new cheese pizza tasted alot better with the extra sauce. we should have been compensated with a free three large pizza order, not one.
Safe to say, we will never return to Pizza Hut nor recommend to anyone due to it’s poor service.

The service here has been disappointing time after time. They forget to bring your order, bring the wrong order, forget about you all together, and many other things.
