The people are friendly, and there are some downright beautiful pieces in the showroom. The back warehouse also has a lot of unique furniture that they have crafted for different events. And the prices are far better than what you pay in retail stores for cutting boards. Unfortunately, quality control seems to be a serious issue. They have a room with«flawed» boards that are dirt cheap, and definitely a bargain. But to me, that implies that the regular stock should be in top quality shape. I bought a board from the regular stock, brought it home, and found a four-inch crack on one side, and a split starting on another. And since I live 3.5 hours away, it’s not like I can return it easily, and shipping a heavy walnut board back would be pricey. I would just warn you to check over anything you buy very carefully. Take it out of the shrink wrap on the spot if you have to.

One word awful. We purchased a butcher block in December of 2011 it was my Christmas present, and my husband inadvertently purchased the wrong size we asked if we could exchange it for a larger size, they said no problem, note the larger size is more money. Well we have called them several times and they come up with one excuse after another, my accountants not in, the sales person isn’t in, our saw is broke… take my advice and don’t patronize this business, it’s been an awful experience.
