I purchased a 2012 Ford Edge 3 years ago… This bank is the lienholder… let me first say I absolutely hate this place. No one explains anything to you! When you call to inquiry about your accounts and the rep can’t answer your question… The person that can is always not available. You don’t have an option to pay your car note online unless you have your monies transferred to that account from another bank. Or you travel all the way to IL to make the payment in person so that you wont be late. Most people dont have time to make that trip every time so you are forced to call the payment in. There use to be a $ 4 to $ 6 fee for processing over the phone. now its $ 9!!! OMG don’t finance here unless you want to be swindled and half a** explained why you have extra fees added onto your car payment.
