I read the reviews about this place and decide to try it out. I order take out wonton noodles soup and it was very good. Good service and polite.

The food here was great, but just a heads up: he Unilocal categorization says Chinese, soup and Asian Fusion. That is what you’ll get. Don’t expect typical Chinese food, as the only thing typical was fried dumplings. We had curries that were more Thai(delicious!)and they even split them on separate plates as we said we’d like to share. Juicy dumplings weren’t really that soupy. The menu isn’t that large, but everything was tasty and came out relatively quickly. Real Chinese restaurant two shops down if that’s what you are craving.

The food is AMAZING! I have spent some time in Thailand and the food here is authentic and delicious. The only thing I am not thrilled on is that the prices online are cheaper than the actual prices in the restaurant, the waitress said they are having problems fixing the webpage. But the owners are a real pleasure I was fortunate enough to work next to them at an event in Vail and they were the best neighbors one could have! Lunch special is fantastic and ingredients are organic(meat too) and fresh!

So good!!! Steamed dumplings were fresh and delicious. Wonton soup was really good. Staff and owner were very friendly. Only complaint is that it’s slightly overpriced. Cute place, wish I had one where I lived!

The food was good but the service was poor. We had to wait a long time to see a waitress. When she did come to the table, she simply said, «Are you ready?»(I would have preferred a greeting first.) We opted for the lunch special, which included iced green tea. Since it was cold outside, we asked if we could have it hot instead of iced. The answer was no. So we did order the iced tea, but it never came until we asked about it much later when our appetizers arrived. The waitress had forgotten the drinks. When we were done eating, it was hard to get our waitress’s attention for the check. Then I provided my credit card, and she was so hard to track down that I had to give it to another waitress to give to her. Then she brought back the statements for someone else, and I asked her to refund that amount and provide the accurate one. This all took a ridiculous amount of time and a few days later, I found I had been charged for two lunches instead of one and had to call the restaurant for a refund that should have been handled while I was actually in there.

I went here very shortly before they closed in the middle of a blizzard. They happily sat us without hesitation. The service was very good, and the food is incredibly fresh.

The service was marginal during the Friday night dinner rush, but the food was good. Portions are not huge. If you’re coming here from a hard day of skiing, order a bunch of appetizers in addition to the main courses. We appreciated the live piano music. Don’t forget the the candy and gelato store a little to the west in the same strip mall!

Really wonderful! The noodle soups have marvelous flavors. The seaweed salad is beautifully presented and delicious. The juicy dumplings are fabulous. Can’t wait to come back! Also, check out the giant noodle bowl which is part of the décor. Made in China. It is just so creative!!!

Great atmosphere! A bit cold since they don’t have double doors. The food was superb, had the Chicken soup, wife had Chicken Curry, lunch combo was a great value. Hot almond tea, if you like tea, a must try! Will be back soon!

This place is great. The food is «clean» — no MSG, freshly made, mostly organic. The pork dumplings are awesome. Soups are fresh tasting with a vibrancy of flavors and seasonings. I go here on a regular basis and would recommend this place to anyone that like a good Asian noodle/soup bowl.

Our favorite Asian restaurant in the Vail/Edwards area, by far! One of our favorite dishes is the Japanese Curry, which is in danger of being dropped from the menu! Join us in lobbying for this superb dish to stay on the menu; ask your server for a free taster & you’ll see what I mean! The owner is always present, and is devoted to serving the highest quality food. All the ingredients are fresh, and whenever possible organic. The kitchen is fully visible from the restaurant through a large, beautiful window. Everything in that kitchen is spotless, and watching the food prep is amazing! We’ve tried quite a few of the dishes and found them all delicious. Ranks up there with the finest Asian cuisine anywhere in the country, and we’ve sampled quite a few.

Just had a great dinner at Delite. We had the ahi salad, mussels, seafood curry and Thai basil and beef. Everything was cooked perfectly and the service was great.

Stopped in there for late mid-week lunch. Sashimi salad and chicken noodle bowl hit the spot. Only thing missing was air conditioning on a 90 degree summer day…

My husband & I just came back from what was the most delicious meal at Delite & Bowl. They recently hired a new chef & sous chef and OMG, what a great addition! The food has always been fresh & organic, but now the flavor a have taken a whole new direction! I had the Colorado Bass with the Asian influence on a bed of greens & forbidden rice, wow! Fantastic! We also had the Chicken Curry, perfect amount of spice to complement the delicate flavors. Loved it! It feels so good to eat at an Asian restaurant & feel like you had a healthy, incredible meal. I would call this gourmet Asian at a reasonable price. Oh, and did I mention the dessert? Flourless chocolate cake with a white chocolate/green tea mousse top. Out of this world! This restaurant is delightful!

Awesome experience and delicious fresh food! Great service and very affordable prices. I was in the area for a only a few nights and I found myself coming back twice. I wish we had a Delite & Bowl in my town; I’d definitely be a frequent flyer.

If you read nothing else in this review, read this: Do NOT bother wasting your money at this place. Go somewhere else where the restaurant actually takes pride in their food and treats their customers with respect. I was actually not going to write a review just because I wanted to support a local business and«my people.» But man, after that awful experience with the owner, forget it! This place is a prime candidate for«Kitchen Impossible.» The food was bland and waaaaaay overpriced, the servers are poorly trained, and the owner was downright insulting. FOOD: We ordered Ma Po Tofu and the Seafood Noodle Bowl. First of all, don’t market yourself as «authentic» when your food is clearly NOT. Here’s what Ma Po Tofu should be like: ground pork, ¼ to ½ inch tofu cubes, a spicy, flavorful sauce that is thickened with corn starch. This is what we actually got: shredded beef, 1-inch tofu cubes, and soupy sauce. It wasn’t spicy at all, even though we asked for medium spiciness. It came with jasmine rice that was mushy with broken grains. Look, if you’re not going to be authentic then at least make your food good. This dish made me embarrassed to be Chinese. But that was actually the better of our two dishes. My seafood noodle bowl was a half-full bowl of meh. The broth tasted like hot, salty water. For $ 17, I’m expecting a full bowl of goodness. Instead, I got mediocrity. I had to add soy sauce, sriracha and the house-made hot sauce(a combo of soy sauce, sesame oil, chili oil and a sprig of cilantro) to give it some flavor. Apparently, the broth was made with organic chicken. Great, but then cook down the chicken until it actually has flavor. This dish made me embarrassed for the chef. OWNER: OMG. My sense is that she’s running the place like an authoritarian oligarchy. The server originally seated us at the two-top booth facing the BLINDING, illuminated noodle-noodle-noodle sign. Being that NOONE else was in the restaurant, we moved ourselves to a four-top table away from the sign. We informed the server and he said, «Well, I guess it’s okay because no one else is here.» No one says that unless they fear the cost of breaking the rules. When we asked for noodles instead of rice with our ma po tofu, the second of 2 servers said, «We serve that with jasmine or brown rice.» Yes, I know, but we asked for noodles instead. What ever happened to «the customer is always right?» And of course, the plate still showed up with rice and then had to ask twice to get a side of noodles. But I got the sense that the server has been commanded to serve that dish with rice. The owner came over at the end and asked us how our experience was. We weren’t bitchy about it but we were honest. By then, another couple had just sat down at a table close to us. I gave her our comments in mandarin so that the other couple would not be biased by our review. She got defensive and said that this was the worst review she has ever gotten. Perhaps people who had a bad experience didn’t tell you about it, they just didn’t go back. But I’ll bet you they told everyone else about it which is why the restaurant was devoid of customers on a Saturday night at 8 p.m. Bear in mind, all the other local restaurants – including the other Chinese place down the block – were packed. She also said that the locals don’t know any better and can’t handle really authentic food. I told my mother-in-law that comment and her jaw dropped in shock – she’s a local and not Asian. While we were there, another customer who had gotten take-out had come back to ask for a refund. Apparently, her boyfriend works in a restaurant and was severely disappointed in the food. She was Caucasian, not even Asian. So hey, I guess you don’t have to be Chinese to know when«Chinese» food is awful. We mentioned that there was another customer who wanted a refund and the owner said, «I was nice enough to give them their money back. But the problem was with them.» Whoa, what? Nice enough? Problem with THEM? Wow, where is the accountability there? Look, we ate the food, paid the bill and were going to leave without a peep. SHE asked US for our review. We gave her the truth. She said to us, «You don’t have to come back here.» No, seriously, she said this right before she walked off! Don’t you worry, we won’t come back here. And neither will our family who live here, nor their neighbors or friends. Don’t neighborhood restaurants survive on the business of the neighbors? My father-in-law gives it 3 months before they close. He’s never seen anyone eating in the restaurant either and he walks by it all the time. As for those other glowing Unilocal reviews, I don’t know if the restaurant opened on a high note and has slipped since then or if they are just friends who have written those reviews at the behest of the owner. If this is really the best Chinese food they’ve ever had, I feel very, very, very, very sad for them.

Best Chinese I have had in a long time. Since NY and Hong Kong. All organic and GMO free. I can’t believe how good the prices are for this quality! And the design of the place is very pleasing, clean lines and décor.
