The people are very nice but they care more about the money than the patients & making the patients better. I was told I need to see the Accupuncturist, get an MRI, get a sleep study, see the psychologist, & see the primary doctor. Because of how bad my health is the accupuncturist says I need to see them 2x’s a week. This is $ 30 in copay every visit. Then if I see any of the other doctors it’s another $ 30. I told them I couldn’t afford $ 60 – 100 in copays every week. They said it’s their policy & I have to pay it or they can’t see me. I asked about a payment plan & they said no they don’t do that. Even though the first visit the doctor said he would write me a prescription when I needed it, just call & then I can pick it up, he wants to see me AGAIN before writing it. That’s another $ 30. In 2 weeks I’ve racked up $ 150 in copays! It’s sad that they don’t care about making patients better, to help them get out of the extreme pain their in, and instead they care about only money.
