Old European Floors Inc

Our home flooded on Dec 12 (frozen pipe busted) and we lost 2/​3rds of our pre-​finished hardwood floors which were done by previous owner. Previous owner indicated Old European Floors managed installation and I contacted them to see if they still had matching floor hoping our repairs would go faster if we found same floor. I called them personally and Adam (owner) told me he had floors. I also told him I am expecting (38 weeks!) and needed floors and repairs to be completed in record time. Adam mislead me making me believe he had floors in stock. My husband and I found out this was not the case when we tried to buy the wood from him. Adam was not straight forward and made me lose 2 days of work by asking for POs, faxes, emails, just to say at the end that he had to order the floors (didn’t have them in stock after all) and that it was going to take 40 days for delivery. Why was he not clear from the beginning? Look elsewhere! This guy is too complicated to deal with!
