I really like this place. Last year i got my lashes done by myano salon seattle by Rose. I was going there for a long time. Anyways she glued the lashes to my eye lid and I got a huge infection. So I went to Lashes by louie and the owner saved my eyes. So after a year of healing from the damage the last place did I chose to go back to Lashes by louie and she did a great job. She is professional and super easy to talk to. I am happy with her work. Go here if you want beautiful clean lashes.

I was definitely hesitant to get eyelash extensions due to the long term commitment and cost. But after years of blah lashes that no amount of Dior Show could really improve, I took the plunge.
I checked Unilocal and Lashes by Louie was right in my hood. After reading the reviews & checking her website and noticing her prices are reasonable (pay cash for a little discount), I made my first appointment. And boy am I glad I did! I love my new lashes. It did take me awhile to get used to them… my eyes are a bit sensitive and I had to «practice» not rubbing my eyes. It does take some getting used to having fabulous long lashes that hit my sunglasses! My lashes look so much more defined and it adds a little extra pop. I wanted something natural vs dramatic and Carol provided exactly what I wanted. I’ve never been that into mascara or eye makeup so this provided the perfect solution to making my eyes look polished without any make-​up.
Add to the fact that Carol is super personable, her place is tidy and stylish and you have the winning combination!

I came to Carol after a terrible lash job done by another salon & she totally fixed everything and made my lashes look BOMB again. Will definitely be coming back for a fill soon. This girl knows what she’s doing:)

Carol is AMAZING! I’ve had lashes for a long time and stopped doing them for a year, I went somewhere else first and got them totally butchered! I looked like a hot mess coming in with lashes falling off me by the minute! In the short amount of time she had with me, she managed to make my lashes look so full and beautiful! The glue she uses is also very gentle and didn’t irritate the eyes at all (my eyes are sensitive).
She’s amazing at what she does, super gentle I could fall asleep… and fast!
Her upstairs studio she has is so cute, very relaxing setup!

Carol is awesome! She’s conveniently located in downtown Edmonds next to the Epulo Bistro. Her space is warm, inviting and relaxing.
Carol does excellent lashes that are easy to maintain and last well. Her prices are unbeatable! I get compliments on them daily and having lashes has shaved many minutes off of my morning routine :)

I have been getting lashes over the past year and was looking for someone close to home, and doing the usual Google search, Lashes by Louie came up. The location is in downtown Edmonds within walking distance to local food joints, coffee fill ups, and the beautiful waterfront. Louie, aka Carol, is welcoming and knows her lashes. She takes the time to make your eyes look amazing and has great tunes to listen to along the ride!

I’ve never had eye lash extensions so I was a bit nervous on who to choose. I saw the Unilocal reviews on Carol and decided to try her. WOW! She is truly passionate about her profession. She makes everything so comforable, relaxing and she used different lengths and style to give me absolutely stunning lashes. So happy I chose her.

Carol is amazing! She takes her time, very consistent with her work and such a perfectionist. Love the ambiance of Jazz or R&B music in the background. Beautifully decorated and very relaxing room. I fall asleep every single time I’m there. Her rate for the touch-​up is unbeatable. Will not go anywhere else.

I went to Carol for the first time yesterday. I have been getting my lashes done on and off for many years and Carol is by far the best professional I’ve had my lashes done by. She is very careful and does an amazing job. You walk out with beautiful lashes that you can easily comb through and look amazing. I’ve had good lash fills and bad and Carol is very experienced and is the best. Try her out. My bet is you won’t want to go anywhere else in the future.

I have been going to Carol for about a year now and just love my eyelash extensions! I get so many compliments from people and a lot of times they think it’s my own because they look so natural! I can’t recommend her enough. She’s mobile, meticulous, professional, and her rates are very affordable. I drive from Renton to Edmonds every 3 wks and it is worth the drive!

Carol is the absolute best! I am a beauty aficionado and I love my lashes! They last about 3 weeks sometimes 4 before I need a fill. Her prices are great and she is so sweet!

My first time getting lash extensions and they look amazing! I only got a fill rather than a full set since I didn’t want the drama look all day every day. Definitely need to go back again! The setting was relaxing and comfortable and Carol was very gentle.
