We just bought a house and immediately started having sewer back up problems. We have had two companies come out to snake and scope the sewer line in the month we have been here. We had been told that the back flow valve flapper was off the hinge and laying on the side of the pipe causing backups. Both companies told us that we would have to tear up concrete to get to the back flow valve for a total of $ 2500 – 3500.
Go jo was recommended to us so we called them and Jo came out the following day. He reviewed the scope dvd multiple times to see the sewer line and determined that there was a back flow valve access panel (when we had been told there wasn’t) and the potential location for it. He had to work to get to it, but he did for a reasonable total of $ 275. Much better than the other bids we were given and he didn’t have to tear up concrete. He was professional, knowledgeable and more diligent about finding the access point than the other companies. He has earned our business from here on out!
