My fav Thai place in OK. Rad Dishes: Seafood Hot Pot, Tuna Tamaki Handroll, tha roll with the soft shell crab in it, Tom Yum soup, and the Green Curry(4 spice level, gat dam!)

Menu here is buyer beware. Today I ordered the Shrimp Tempura lunchbox, $ 12.95. When it arrived, it had only two(2) smallish pieces of shrimp on it, stacked on top of other fried stuff. Closer examination revealed 2 pieces of fried broccoli, an onion ring, fried cabbage wedge, a large fried sweet potato plank and another large piece of battered and fried potato. I felt the need to call over the waitress and ask why there’s no mention of veggies on the menu for this item… as in this dish ought to be called Tempura Fried Vegetables w/Shrimp. She apologized, but man… I’m still feeling shafted. And normally a plate of fried veggies deserves some ranch dressing and lots of salt, like other bowling alley fare! Anytime I leave a restaurant and I’m still hungry makes a bad impression.

I like Thai food but I love sushi so I got the lunchbox for lunch which cost me $ 16.02 after tax and tip. What was included in this lunchbox? I had three pieces of sushi, five pieces of California roll, Seaweed salad, pad Thai with chicken, steam rice and miso soup. I guess it doesn’t say sushi delight so I should not expect it to taste very good which it didn’t. The pad Thai on the other hand was really good. I had the pad Thai at a level four which I think was just right for what I was craving. So if you’re looking for Thai food I think it’s a pretty decent Thai restaurant if you’re looking for sushi go to sushi neko.

I come here at least once a week sometimes more. I love all their food but their sushi is my favorite. I always feel welcome. I have never had a bad experience!

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for about 3 months now and I can honestly say the experience has been incredible every time. I’ve tried multiple dishes on both the Thai and Sushi sides of the menu. Their Thai food is great but their sushi selection is what keeps me coming back. It’s the best in Edmond. I’d recommend the lunch box special B1, it’s awesome.

By far the best Thai food we have ever had. We have tried many restaurants over the years and this is the best. Their Pad Woon Sen is our favorite menu item. However, everything we have tried on the menu is excellent. You must give them a try.

This place is by far my favorite Thai food restaurant. Love the new location. I highly recommend this place. Got 4 stars instead of 5 just because of the hours they have.

Red Curry and rice is outstanding and I don’t really care for curry! Papaya salad is fresh, having absolutely wonderful flavors. The ginger dressing on the salad-bring me a glass to drink! I will have to try other items on the menu-when I stop craving these 3.

Not bad. Seated quickly. Prices reasonable. Staff friendly. Main complaint was with my chicken, it was rubbery and there was more fried batter in my Volcano Chicken rather than chicken. Counted maybe 6 pieces overall of actual battered chicken, rest was just batter pieces.

They have the best sushi in Edmond! Everything taste so fresh but they moved to the new location which is kinda far from me plus the traffic is insane.

Step 1: Order sake Step 2: Take in the mini-novella they call a menu. Step 3: Ask her server what they recommend. I have been to Thai Delight three times now, and I am in no way disappointed. It’s known for the sushi, which is fresh and delicious, by the way. You know how in some sushi places the rest of the menu just sort of falls by the wayside? Yeah, that does not happen at TD. Every section(that I have tried) has been marvelous. They have a spice rating from 1 – 5. I like things pretty spicy, so I usually order a 4. It’s a slow burn kind of spicy, too, which is the right way to do it. The starters I’ve tried have been killer. The miso soup is seriously the best I’ve ever tried. The salad, though small, has the choice of the ginger or peanut dressing(both are amazing). The fresh spring rolls are probably the freshest I’ve tasted, and no matter where I am, if it’s on the menu, I will order fresh spring rolls. It has curry and noodles and rices… it’s just really impressive. Every time I have gone in my serve has been the same, and I’ve let her order for me, because she knocks it out of the park. Oh yeah, and the drinks menu isn’t too bad, either. Apparently there is dessert, but I’ve yet to make it that far(I always go home with lots of leftovers!).

By far our favorite new spot! Found this gem about 2 months ago and eat there at least once a week now!!! We’ve tried something new every time we have gone in and it never ceases to amaze me! So incredibly delicious!!! The sushi is absolutely wonderful too and great prices! Always skeptical when getting sushi in Oklahoma but it always tastes, smells and looks wonderful!!! The pad Thai and pad won den are out of this world along with the chicken satay/gyosa!!! The service is always super fast and very friendly!!! Highly recommend this place to any and everyone!!!

Came from tx and we decided to get on Unilocal to figure out a place close by that had phở but, instead we ended at this Thai rest. Rite next to the phở place. Man, we got the chicken spicy rice, volcano duck and beef noodle soup. It was all perfect! Duck meat fell off bone, beef soup had lots of beef and was tender. rice was tangy and taste good,

Friendly service, clean restaurant… but the Pad Thai lacked flavor. And the Tom Yum soup was really sweet. I think if the Pad Thai had more sauce it would have been better. I am just not use to a sweet tom yum soup so it was not enjoyable to me. Fish cakes were great. I would go back to try other items.

Apparently we have a billion Thai restaurants in the city(OKC, Edmond, Norman, etc). I’m on a foolish quest to try as many as possible even though I have my favorites. Spring rolls 4⁄5: Crispy and not greasy. The innards could use a bit more flavor. Massaman curry 3⁄5: It had spice to it, but the flavor itself was a bit bland. It was like the spiciness was used to make up for it. Being as I’m not huge on hot foods, it didn’t do much for me. Massaman is my go-to dish, like some use pad thai. I’ve had it from more places than I care to share. This one just didn’t hit the mark for me. Thai iced tea 2⁄5: A touch more expensive than others I’ve had and kind of watered down. Thai Delight was alright. I don’t live in Edmond so it’s the only one there that I’ve tried. I would probably continue looking for a favorite spot there if I did live in Edmond.

Same Thai Delight food… different space! I was sad upon discovering TD moved further down Broadway and away from MPOW, but it’s definitely not entirely out of the way. The new space is much nicer and more spacious. The improved space allows for a variety of seating – I enjoyed not having to sit in a booth by myself. The food was delicious, per usual. I ordered my standard fare of red curry, which did not disappoint. I’m glad TD is around as my go-to when I need a Thai fix.

So much more room in the new building with the same great menu! Fresh rolls are a mild addiction of mine(with peanut sauce of course). Menu is a thousand pages long so give yourself a half hour to read all their specials. Sushi and classic Thai dishes that are just as good when you get take out. Service is the best part since they appear to share tables! Their spicy level isn’t spicy so don’t be afraid.

We have been going to Thai Delight since they opened in Edmond. Now that they have moved to a new location, the interior of the restaurant is much nicer and a bit larger. The food is certainly good but the prices have gone way overpriced. Many of the same dishes can be had at other Asian restaurants for a lot less. We will not go there as frequently due to that issue but we do enjoy the food. The service can vary but our experience with service has been positive.

Please come save me from the TERRIBLE service. The food is great but get it to go. The waitress we had ignored us and lost part of our order and after 45 minutes acted like the kitchen was backed up making our chicken fried rice. What really happened is she forgot to turn it in and didn’t want to tell the truth. The poor table next to us had been seated for over an hour without even having their order taken. We use to eat at the old location but will not be coming back. Thai Delight is anything but delightful!

This spot is definitely a place to check out if you’re in the Edmond area. Everything about the place was wonderful. The atmosphere was relaxing, modern and very inviting. Our waitress was very attentive and helped us make our decisions, considering it was our first time, she recommended her favorite sushi rolls. See never Sleep & Spicy Cowboy was what I had and I loved both. My mom had the shrimp fried rice, which was really great also. It’s a tad pricey, but what sushi isn’t? We both ended up needing to-go boxes; the portions were more than enough.

We have been going to Thai Delight for years. About a month ago they moved from Bryant Square to the new location. A bit of a longer drive for us, as the old place was a few blocks away, but well worth it for the food. The new location more than doubles the number of available tables for them… a very good thing for customers who gladly wait their turn. They have a few beautiful murals on the front walls and did a great job overall of turning an old Moe’s, that had been turned into an Indian restaurant, into their new home. I usually opt for their special with shrimp and veggie tempura, chicken pad thai, gyoza, a California roll and rice. Lots of yummy food and I go home with some pad thai and a California roll for the next day. Unless I’m in a Tom Kha Gai kind of mood, then we start with a large one and share it and move on to our entrees, which I again have enough left over to take home. :) A few years ago they added sushi to the menu. Aside from the California roll that comes with my meal, I haven’t branched out. They’ve always been my THAI place and sushi is Japanese, so my mind just isn’t embracing it I guess. Regardless, everything my husband has tried has been really good. His go to seems to be the black pepper chicken four out of five times. My only problem with the new location is that the tap water is horrible. They need to invest in a water filtration system. It’s so bad that ordering Thai tea or a soda tastes bad with the ice as it melts. The old Indian place that used to be here had the same problem. Small investment for a happy customer base. Other than that, a great place for Thai in Edmond!

Solid. Lunch special red curry w 3 star spice was delicious. The chicken was a bit tough, but the flavor was great. $ 10 with tip, so not the cheapest thing around, but I’ll definitely be back.

I’m from Michigan and our Thai food is usually pretty good compare to a lot of other places in other states. My girlfriend and I were around Oklahoma City and we heard about this place so we decided to give it a try. We got to Thai Delight and be warned that this place is crazy packed! Luckily we got seated right away since it was only us two. Sat down and we looked at their menus and we were astonished! Thai Delight has a bigger menu than any other Thai restaurant we’ve ever been to. They also have a small paper at every table with pictures of their dishes. Another piece with just desserts. After 10 minutes of compromising what we wanted, we were ready to order! We ordered the papaya salad with a side of sticky rice. Chicken Delight, and Pad Thai. When we ordered the papaya salad, we got the spice level 4 out of 5 but sad to say, it wasn’t spicy at all. Depressing much because papaya salads are only good if they’re blazing hot. Aside from that, the papaya salad was good. The shreds of papaya was fresh and so crunchy. The tomatoes that were used are sliced into big chunks. To top off the papaya salad, they use a lime sauce and if I’m correct, I don’t think they used any tamarind… In my opinion, tamarind sauce is what makes papaya salad good. The Chicken Delight is full of goodness! It’s like they fried the chicken twice to obtain that crunchy breading cause good Lord, it’s so crunchy on the outside but when you get to the chicken, it’s so tender and moist. You can even see the steam coming out after every bite you take. It mixes well with the carrots and pineapple. The Pad Thai is always the dish I order when trying a new Thai restaurant out. If the pad Thai isn’t good, I’ll just feel disappointed. Luckily, it was great! It’s the best pad thai that I’ve had around the state of Oklahoma. It’s rich in flavor. Has lots of crushed peanuts and the best part? All their portions are big! If I ever get hungry and I’m in town, I’ll come to this spot every single time!

This is the new location. Food is the same great food and same great owners. Pretty busy its opening week but can get a table pretty quick. The seafood was on point and scallops cooked perfectly. Dumplings not bad either.
