It’s a national chain, which Unilocal has kind of turned me off of, but I do love Rib Crib.
One of the great things about Unilocal is that it allows you to find those great little local joints. Rib Crib though, has a great local feel. At least the one in EDMOND does.
The service is great and the ribs are consistently tender and extremely good.

This restaurant really deserves more than 3 stars, say, 3.50.
We almost didn’t come due to the fact that there was only one review on Unilocal,and it was terrible.
This was not the case ! Our server Sarah was awesome! The food was great, and the price was right! What more could you ask for?
The ribs just melted off the bone, and Tuesday is AYCE ribs!
We will definitely be back, and highly recommend it to others!

Good food and fast service. Not too crowded through the week. Love the Kid’s menu selections.

We didn’t get to try their food. The waiting staff was too incompetent. Overheard them talk about what tables they had to cover as we waited for attention. After 10 mins passed two tables that came in after us were served first.
We walked out and went to a local Oklahoma BBQ on 50th and Lincoln. Their menu was more affordable than this chain restaurant.
I definitely suggest BEDLAM BBQ over this so-​called place.
