My wife went in there to by a Thunder t-shirt for a friend leaving for China today. She found the shirt she wanted buy but they didn’t have a tag on it. The employee didn’t know how to sell it to her. So she called other stores trying to find out what the shirt cost. My wife went back and found two t-shirts that were very similar in style and same brand both priced at $ 24 and told her. The employee still couldn’t find a way to sell the shirt to her. The employee called a manager but the manager had to look it up and didn’t know how long it would take. Obviously my wife didn’t have time for this so she left. Unreal. Just sell her the shirt and then figure it out later. Not my wife’s fault that you didn’t tag the shirt. Crazy! Poor customer service for sure.

I walked into this store and was instantly disappointed with the gal who greeted me. She looked like a coked out, fake tan, platinum-haired barbie doll. She had an aggressive tone when saying«What are you looking for?» I am from San Diego and I wasn’t impressed with the cut and sew, moth-eaten rags that were barely clinging to their hangers. These clothes were made in China and selling for $ 50.00 and up. Los Angeles chic or Chinese rags? I’d vote for the latter.

The selection and styles at Lucca are endless. Of course, there are beautiful clothes for the young and tiny girls, but there are actually many fantastic pieces that can be used as maternity wear. While pregnant I wanted to avoid purchasing maternity clothing, but I wasn’t one of the lucky few that could continue wearing their pre-pregnancy clothes. The girls here helped my find flowing dresses, stretchy long tanks, baggy sweaters with sweetheart belts and all other options. I was so happy I was able to come here then, and I continue shopping here today. Great staff and great clothing! Prices are high but the quality is there and their sales are great.

Lucca is a cute little boutique that seems as if it belongs in LA(or southern California, at least, I see tons of this type of shop out there) but fits well in Edmond! They carry a lot of designer-ish jeans, tops & accessories, but a lot of it is affordable as well. I was really happy that they carry Tom’s Shoes, too. I hadn’t seen such a good selection in any other shop. I ended up purchasing a cute pair of patterned purple Tom’s that I’d been wanting for awhile. :) Definitely a fun shop to check out, especially if you need Tom’s! I will be back if I’m ever in the area.
