I just walked in to Lenscrafters to get my glasses adjusted and the sales associate was so nice and helpful.She adjusted them perfectly and cleaned them too. Thanks for the Great Service!

Got glasses here and it was quick and easy. One hour. Dealt with Jay, he was very nice!

I’ve been coming to Lenscrafters due to my vision plan — have to say that at first, I hesitated a bit. But after a few visits, I trust them now with any eyewear issue I have — their customer service, selection and timeliness continues to impress me. Today, I went to this branch, to have my old lenses swapped onto new frames, and was helped by hazel-​eyed Randa: short wait, stress free, and exceptional complimentary service. Thanks Randa! Kudos to Jay and his amazing crew!

There was only one person in front of me and I waited for 2+ hours before seeing the doctor and I had an appointment. So unless you’re ready to clear out your schedule for the day don’t come here.

I made an appt for an eye exam a week before my appointment which was today! I was told the office would call my insurance company just to verify if the exam is covered. Unfortunately someone didn’t do their dam job. As I walked on to the escalator inside the mall, a few minutes from the eye doctor. They called to tell me my insurance isn’t covering an eye exam from them. Talk about inconvenience. Must be some encompetent workers at this place. Never again.

The optometrist I visit back in my PA hometown is great, but does not stock stylish frames for the vain grad student on the go. Thus, I visited LensCrafters in this mall to procure some attractive designer glasses. This location had a great variety of Prada, Versace, Ray Ban, and Bvlgari frames, but I was there for the Tory Burch. I found a stunning logo pair, handed the staff my prescription, and went about my shopping. I did have to wait an hour an a half but compared to the week-​long wait I suffer from my old optometrist, it was fine. A senior employee fitted my glasses to my face perfectly using an apparatus that heated the frames so he could bend them to the correct shape.
I cannot really speak to the prices as I am fully insured and planned on spending $ 200+ on frames alone. My insurance made the AR coating and anti-​glare features just a few extra dollars so I have no complaints. If you want a great deal on glasses, I would advise you to go elsewhere… but for fellow fashionistas, the inventory is excellent.
