I was there today looking to change some personal information. I have been there before in the past and never had an issue. There was a group of people in line being talked down to by one of the criminals that works there.
The thief explained that because of budget cuts, certain services were not offered to tax payers at this location. The creature advised the humans to visit the website.
I then entered the office and asked another criminal that was seated if I can still get forms to change information at this location. It told me yes and handed me the form I needed but then explained to me that it couldn’t answer any other questions. It was obviously overwhelmed by handing out sheets of paper.
I asked the armed security guard if I can sit and fill out my paperwork. He mumbled something which I assume was English so I then walked to the waiting area and sat down to fill out my paperwork.
He was extremely combative and nasty. Let’s hope these budget cuts close some IRS offices down if not all. Avoid this place and try to do stuff online.
