I was looking for something coffee-​ish, and they had a mocha frappé that might help me get rid of a headache.
The friendly person behind the counter took my order and went to work. I was surprised at how much went into the drink. He was busy for quite a while between scooping and blending.
It was almost $ 6.00, which isn’t horrible, especially when it had such a good taste. Cinnabon and others have similar prices for a small. It was a bit more limited in size, as the dome I would usually get at another store – was a flat lid. Still, loved the taste.

Every time I am in the menlo mall — Haggen Dazs is a must stop for me. Always have/​had great ice-​cream experience here. And I like to try the ice cream flavors before I fully commit to the whole cup full of it and they always let me try it without any issues. Kids who work here are very friendly, helpful and nice.
Something you might not know– they also sell fountain soda here and its cheaper than any where else in the mall so if you are grabbing a bite in the food court, get your soda here.

I had a pretty good experience at the Menlo location. The staff was great… especially Jordan!!! I would’ve given them 5 stars if they didn’t get rid of the baileys ice cream shake!!!

Their new Black Cherry Amaretto gelato was delicious! Creamy and smooth, with lots ofbig pieces of cherry. YUM
