Gotta love the non English again, it’s insane how people feel the need to speak another language right in front of you. I mean come on now. I hate to judge a place his performance based off of the language barrier that most stores steam seem to have however I can’t negate the fact that I’m speaking a different language when placing my order or telling another person to do my order correctly and it comes out wrong. The best part is that sometimes when I do my orders that actually do come out correct in the food isn’t that baf

The manager called and seemed genuinely apologetic about the lack of customer service. Hooked me up with a coffee and donut as well as her personal number to address any future concerns.
I updated the rating because at LEAST the manager is doing her job well. Thanks.

Very rarely does anyone make my coffee the exact way that I like it. The times I’ve been to this DDs, my coffee has been on point and always given to me with a smile.

came here so pissed i ordered a combo meal and i didnt get everything that was supposed to be included. i was charged separately for each items. when i asked why i didnt received the hash brown. i was told that i had to say that i wanted hash browns. according to the menu it says order by # and it says exactly what i would expect i would be getting.

This DD is pretty good. You’d think there would be the same coffee at every DD, but some seem to do it better than others.
Sometimes I wish they would go a little faster, especially if there is a line. You can’t be in a rush when you come in here. It is just a little on the low key side.
Recommended: salted caramel hot chocolate, pumpkin mocha decaf coffee

I have come to this Dunkin Donuts numerous times in the morning. It all depends where I hit traffic on my drive to work. I must say this is one of the most organized DD I have ever been to in the AM. They do not have a drive thru, but you’re in and out of this place before you know it. They have at least 6 people working in the morning, which makes it easy to order. Customer service is excellent here. I have never had an unpleasant experience and all the employees are very friendly and helpful.
