i would like to say the taste of the food has not change at the edina location really good. but this is the dirtiest restaurant i have been in over this last year .wow how do they get away with keeping this place so dirty ??? brought it to the manager john n attention and he was not even fazed that the dishes and condiments on the tables were filthy he ever left the dirty stuff on the tables wow i would say if you are going to edina avoid p .f.changs unless you want to eat at a filthy restaurant.

This was our first trip to this restaurant(I know right?!) and we were excited that they offered vegan and gluten free choices. However, the food was horrible, we both ordered a vegetarian meal and one looked like a bag of steamed veggies you could buy at the grocery store and had no favor. NO garlic, no ginger, NOTHING! I could cook something better at home and that is a sad sentence! We ask for some salt and our food was cold by the time it was brought to us. Our server also decided to get us some wok sauce that WASNOTGLUTENFREE! The staff was so unknowledgeable and almost gave me something the contained gluten, to which I had informed them I was allergic to!!! DONOTTRUSTTHEMWITHYOURALLERGIES! I would rather go to Chipotle.

Bio: Vegetarian, who loves different cuisines and want to have a good gastronomical experience. Only couple of options for vegetarians in entrée(which has no fish or oyster sauce) This place is an classic example of americanized version of Chinese food. It’s ok place for dining but don’t expect any authentic cuisine. Top picks: Lettuce wrap; crispy beans(though the batter used to fry the beans has egg in it– allergen alert) Ambience: Decent, place gets crowded sometime.

I used to love here. But my most recent visits were disappointments. The taste was much worse.

Service is less than stellar, waiter argued with my wife about menu choices, appetizers came minutes before the meal, forgot a dish that was ordered frustrating evening to say the least …

Place is so dark for a reason there. Good thing I had my flashlight on my phone to prove to the waiter that my chicken was undercooked :(didn’t appreciate the waiter getting pissy with me when I brought it to their attention not like it’s safe to eat undercooked poultry.

P. F. Changs is a place that gives me a consistent good service, great food, excellent drink selection and value for my dollar. The Northern Ribs with the 5-spice are one of my favorite appetizers and we had those yesterday. My 10-year-old son came with my wife and I, and when we arrived was really unhappy being out. One bite of these ribs and he came to life and munched two more. We had the Columbia Crest Chardonnary which was a great 20 $ bottle, and they have Woodford Reserve bourbon(a family favorite since going to the Kentucky Derby and tasting Mint Juleps). The Chicken Lo Mein and the Mongolian Beef were tasty and good portions. Changs stopped giving out their three sides of sauces a while back but you can still get them and they always add some additional zing for folks who don’t want Minnesota Heat. Jen was our server and comes highly recommended for a night out or dinner with kids. She charmed us with her friendly, knowledgeable and timely service. We didn’t have any issues yesterday, but any time I’ve had an issue at any PF Changs we’ve been to, it’s been handled quickly and efficiently.

My wife and I received a gift card for our anniversary, so we went to P.F. Chang’s, a place I haven’t been in several years. I always regarded the restaurant as being over priced and having average food, one of those things changed. I don’t know if it’s just that the food scene has passed this place by, the poor service, unimaginative menu or a combo of all three, but we we’re very happy we didn’t pay to eat here. We ordered the kung pao jicama tacos, a suped-up California roll, a curry-Singapore noodle dish and both dessert wontons.(we had a gift card to use up!) The tacos were incredibly average. We were excited to see the shell was jicama, having loved this in other restaurants, but the flavor was bland, the jicama had no flavor and the amount of unseasoned cabbage strewn about the plate was offensive. Next came the curry-Singapore noodle dish(before the sushi roll?!) This was cooked well, had a light curry flavor, wasn’t greasy and was actually pleasant to eat. I think it shined because of the disappointment in the other dishes, but none the less, it was the highlight of the night. Eventually the california roll topped with a thin slice of tuna showed up. It was described as spicy on the menu, but the«spicy» sauce was combined with so much mayo it just made the entire roll bland. How does a sushi roll come out after the entrée? The dessert wontons were a major disappointment. There was a vanilla wonton and a chocolate raspberry one. Both were bland, major fail. The worst part of the night was the service. We were in and out of the restaurant in 30 minutes! I can’t believe we’re complaining about how fast service was, but we wanted to linger a bit longer. The main problem with service was the attitude of our server. She was short with us, acted liked she hated being there, sometimes walked by and just left things on the table without even looking at us. It was a strange experience. Oh i forgot, we ordered hot tea, which came in a fancy clay pot, but they used a store bought tea bag instead of loose leaf tea, cutting corners like this is just stupid. We wont be back, pick your reason why.

Best Gin and tonic EVER! The food was good, but I think a tad too Americanized. Sort of bland Minnesota nothingness. They really need to put authentic cooking and seasoning back into the food. Don’t be afraid to shock our taste buds a little or even a lot!

I didn’t expect to this kind of review for pfchangs in any place I visited… last time when I visited this place was so amazing but they overturned my expectations… dynamite shrimp was not good it did not cover with its sauce… it was more like a Indian pakora… later we ordered for two chicken fried rice and they bought only one after an 30 minutes wait and chef says I got order for only one and we need to wait for another 15 mins to arrive the second one and worst of all chicken in fried rice was so deeply cooked that we were unable to chew and need to separate chicken from rice and needed to eat only rice… definitely didn’t expect this from pf changs

The place is romantic dim but i find the music a bit noisy. Staff are kind and friendly. Appetizer were served quick and delicious. You must try the northern style spare ribs, its more than an appetizer. The chilean seebass is awesome.

That is all I can give, in fact I would give 0 if that was possible. I ordered coconut drink I get plain coconut milk in the name of that. When complained I get a replacement which was good. Then we order lettuce wraps and get almost spoil lettuce. For the main entrée we ordered coconut curry vegetables and get some junk. This is my favorite dish in pf changs but after this I would never want to have it. It was bitter tasting. All in all it was one awful experience. If you love pf changs and want to still remain in love. Avoid this one please

I am extremely disappointed. We just did takeout via online order from their website. It was ready on time and that was probably the only positive. Ordered fried rice with brown rice, came with white, rice had big white chunks, very few veggies and no eggs. Flavorless. Ordered the lettuce wraps without mushrooms, came with mushrooms. The sweet and sour chicken was soggy, below average taste and quality. Egg drop soup was fine. Asked for chopsticks and plates. None in the bag. We won’t be ordering again. Waste of time and money.

First time ever eating at a P.F. Changs. I was disappointed due to a dirty booth we were seated at. The floors werent very clean either. The ambiance was nice. The server was nice, but service extremely slow and they weren’t busy. A manager came around to light candles and we informed him of our unclean booth, he asked would we like to move, we said no we just wsnted you to know. Next thing we know he returned w/2 gift cards. Thank you very much appreciated. Our egg drop came out tasted great. Veggie dumplings were great except the guy didnt bring the sauce w/them. The Singapore noodles & salted carmel cake were just as great. Food was 5 stars. Ambiance 5 stars. Service 3 stars due to being ao slow. Still wondering why the staff wore jeans including management. Hhhmmm

The food tasted great. If that was the measurement, the rating would be different. The service was horrid. We ordered an appetizer. It arrived. That was the last time our order was correct. The main course arrived without 2 of the 6 dishes. After talking with a unconcerned deliverer, a seemingly annoyed server and a less than engaged manager, all of our food actually arrived. The food tasted great. The service continued to be pathetic. Salt. Salt took 15 minutes to arrive at the table. After we were told they didn’t have any salt… Two birthdays at our table. So we were given our choice of the three smallest desserts possible. Have to keep the profits up! Then we had two visa gift cards and tried to pay with them. Visa! Use just like a card. Nope. Like a real Visa card. Not at PFCHANGS… We were told that on each card they could only approve 80% of the total. So for a $ 10 card, we could only use $ 8. The rest was for tip. So at PFCHANGS you are required to tip 20% on any visa gift card transaction? No. We asked and the server in a huff, took the bill back. Someone further discounted the bill so as to equal the amount of the gift cards we had given them. Not sure where the $ 10 that was never shown as charge to the gift cards went… maybe someone’s pocket… The food did taste great. When it finally arrived. The service was pathetic. The manager didn’t have an ounce of empathy and the server was so over it she didn’t have a care in the world. I will not be going back. Ever.

Our server, Janet, was absolutely attentive. Not only did she bring drink refills in a timely manner, but she brought us extra lettuce for our wraps and brought me extra chili paste prior to me having to ask for it. However, the best part of our dining experience was having David, the manager, who stopped by our table. I was busy enjoying my food to talk to him, so after dinner I was looking around the restaurant for him. He saw me and took it that I wanted to pay my bill and get out of there. I told him earlier this week, I had a poor dining experience at Rojo’s and the manager didn’t stop by. Here, the manager stopped by twice. We had a great conversation and David was so sincere. I could tell he loves his job, is a great role model to his peers and staff, and really enjoys connecting with customers. Yes, Janet did an excellent job. However, I feel management sometimes doesn’t get recognition as they should. David truly is living the company brand and leading by example. The food is usually good, but it’s an experience like the interaction with David that will make me come back to P.F. Chang’s. Thank you, David!
