Worst Wendy’s on the planet. Incredibly rude crew messing-up orders, 10+ dirty trays stacked in trash cans and nearby tables, old food all over floor. Avoid unless nuclear winter occurs and this is the last bastion for food, though being generous with that term

Stopped in and ordered 2 spicy go wraps and a large cup of water. Both wraps were hot. But they had a ultra small tender inside the wrap and they had way too much sauce on them. The sauce was leaking from the wrap. Lastly I ordered a large cup of ice water. I received a small cup of tap water with no ice. ???

Absolutely disgusting. We stopped here on a trip to Philadelphia because I was starving. Ordered a cheeseburger and fries. The burger was cold and looked like it was a week old. The fries were greasy, cold and soft. Ended up throwing everything away. What a waste of money.

40 minutes from time I stoppedy car to food on tray. 5 minutes after my first item was placed only tray, true other sandwich, then 1 more minute until the first fry and 2 more for the second. Unbelievable.

Just stopped thru on road trip, they were super busy and had some technical difficulties(water spickett super slow and ketchup pump out of ketchup), but so it goes at fast food joints sometimes. I’m giving five stars because I really appreciated cashier Charles’ attitude and politeness when rolling with these punches.

Absolutely THEWORST Wendy’s I have ever been to. We stopped here on a road trip home from South Carolina and it was absolutely disgusting. Dirty bathrooms, tables, and terrible customer service. The two cashiers up front were bickering with each other while the manager just stood there. The food was standard Wendy’s fair but the service and cleanliness of the restaurant were the worst I have ever seen.

Tried the drive through, waited there for 5 minutes with three cars ahead of me waiting to place an order. So I went inside and waited on line with two people ahead of me for 10 more minutes. One person on one register and about 15 busy looking employees doing nothing to better service customers. Dont stop here at store 7. They don’t value customers time. Nuggets were overcooked– burned. Its been along time since I visited a Wendy’s and I see why.

Ok — I had to write a review of a Wendy’s because I helped to make history here. Well, not really. But I did make my day. I came into here with the intent of ordering the new fish sandwich and yucking it up with my fellow captains for a bit. Instead, as my friend opened the door, we were treated to a bit of an asshole who decided that it would be wise to blast past us rudely and dash into the store. After sending a few epithets his way as he dashed into the bathroom, we walked in and got into line. Well, el douchebago came back out of the bathroom and decided to sort of loiter without getting into line. Something felt wrong so the three of us turned to face him. As we did so, we heard some sirens and noticed that police cruisers were surrounding the store. Just as we thought something might pop off, a cop pokes his head in, spots the guy, and says, «sir, come outside please.» After refusing and having the cop repeat himself, he finally gave in and went outside. We ordered our food without incident(damn if I didn’t feel bare without a weapon in there), we sat down next to the window hoping we’d watch the cops slam him up against the window and push his face into the glass. Instead, one of the other cops came in and started looking in the trash cans. I quipped up, «hey, the assbag went into the bathroom when he dashed in here.» and the cop went that way. After about two minutes, he came back out holding a bag of weed about the size of a softball. SCORE!!! Man, it’s too bad we didn’t think to go in there — we could have had some fun, eh? Now, what does this have to do with Wendy’s? Nothing other than adding to my fond memories of why I like the chain — oh, and the fish sandwich wasn’t bad either. *grin*
