Fox Run Apartments

DO NOT RENT HERE. I moved here to save money, but you get what you pay for. Maintenance requests have to be made multiple times before they are handled. I’ve had to call the district office for issues at my apt several times. I’d just returned from out of town and cleaned my apt and emptied trash before I left. There were mice in the apt. Another time, the commode wouldn’t flush, and it was 3 days before maintenance responded. They had already used a wire on the handle twice instead of just replacing the handle, and they finally replaced it the third time. The air has been out before with no service for several days. Now the air has been making a grating sound for several weeks. Another time, my lease was completed incorrectly and it caused my rent invoice to be incorrect. Also, there’s no military deployment clause in the lease. The apt either says let them sublet it which no one knows how long that will take or pay two months’ rent to break the lease. Military deployments are very popular in this area, and they are in leases elsewhere. Anyway, I highly recommend NOT RENTING HERE. It’s worth it just to pay more money.
