Clock ticking… Place is a destination for DRUNK drivers. Bar tenders don’t care. Waiting for a major incident to happen because of this place. They somehow got the corrupt politicians in Edgewater to allow the turning eye. When an incident happens and it will, hold the local politicians liable. They got their pockets lined, so they should pay when a MAJOR incident happens. This will be a story soon on FoxNews. Search the web for the story soon.

This place sucks ass. The crowd is disgusting, the staff sucks and I wouldn’t dare touch the food. People solely come here because this area is lame and it’s one of the very few places that people can come and dance. I’ve never bothered to join that tacky crowd but on the days I’ve been around its weekend club hours, it’s quite atrocious. I think the only thing they have going to for them is the hookah although I hear it’s expensive? I have no idea, I hate hookah. I came here for one beer and was charged gratuity. One beer that cost $ 3. Did you really think I wasn’t going to tip you? This practice is really rude to patrons and should only be applied to large parties or those with higher tabs. I honestly wouldn’t bother coming here unless, like the last time, you have to run in to pee because you aren’t going to make it a few more stops on the bus. Oh and there’s a rumor going around that the alcohol they pour isn’t whatever bottle it’s contained in. If true, this should truly be looked into.

Brought a big group for my friends birthday, and they made it the biggest issue we didn’t want the $ 500 bottle service because a bunch of people did not drink. They got upset and shoved 15 of us In a 6 person table and tried to just add chairs and act like it was okay. Then we asked if we could go in the club which they told us we couldn’t smoke hookah In there unless we got a table. They also told us we had to pay $ 10 per guy even though we were already in the lounge. We ended up just going in the club never got charged and everyone was smoking hookah by the bar. The service was terrible also took 35 minutes to get a corona. Overall this place is rude and money hungry do not come here honestly very overrated.

This is the worst place on earth. The crowd sucks and the drinks suck even more. Don’t waste your time or money here. Spent over 90 bucks on three inedible drinks(which we took one sip of and just left on the table to rot) and crappy hookah. Hookah for 40 bucks? The people here are old and creepy. Service is slow and horrible too. Why do people come here… I was embarrassed I did. And they trick you at the end by automatically adding 20% tip without telling you.

What a terrible place. RIPOFF artists. I stopped by as they are one of the only places in NJ that still has Pappy Van Winkle in stock. They want $ 1300 for a bottle of 20 year old. It is unfortunately sold out most places in NY and NJ, but the stores that had it, sold it for between $ 130 – 200. Places like this really should go out of business.

They were gracious and took the time to find this specific wine and saved a case for me! They also gave me a 10% discount: D will be the go-to liquor store now

I’m not sure if this is for the lounge or for the actual store or if it’s one entire thing mashed together. Either way, here’s a New York girl coming to New Jersey for some reasonably priced liquor and not being surprised that I found it. And with a smile! First off, you can’t miss it along River Road — it literally says«Wine & Spirits» in large letters. Sure you’ll be confused and see colorful lights and wonder… where the heck is this place? Just look for the door where everyone is walking in; I’m guessing I’m not the only one who was enthusiastic about this store. You’ll see hookahs and everything as well, but being the type to not wander around much, I came in, got what I wanted and it took less than five minutes. Love this place!

My comment is only regarding the actual liquor store, not the hookah lounge/bar. A liquor store is just a liquor store, right? I guess to some it doesn’t really matter where they go to pick up a six pack of beer, liquor or wine but then there are people like me who ask one too many questions about every type of liquor depending on the occasion. The reason I gave Wine & Spirits a five star rating is because the staff here is fantastic! They really know what they’re talking about and they give you great recommendations!(And if they recommend something to you and you didn’t enjoy it, they give you a full refund!) If I lived in the area, I would definitely be here more often but since I live a little out of the way, I stop by mostly for wine when I’m having guests over. I always need some advice picking wine and they always seem to help me pick the best wine within my price range. Oh and apparently, they are getting a chart soon that shows you what type of cheese pairs well with certain types of wine so that’s a huge plus in my book! Cheers!

Slow night party of 2 people. Had a few drinks and an appetizer. Tip automatically put on the check. Would have left more but didn’t due to the automatic gratuity.

Great spot to relax great music atmosphere. Drinks are great aNd reasonably priced. Food takes a bit to come out but it’s yummy. i would advise to get there early and get somewhere to sit and relax if you intend to use the hooka and catch up w friends. i also came back here for a bday evening, the club area was nice, bottle service is like most places but maybe a little over priced. we were told we needed a two bottle min. to sit on the couches even though the place wasn’t even at capacity. the music was great. by the way they are open until 2 i believe.

I’ve only ever used the liquor store, I’ve never been to the bar behind. The store is very well stocked with an extensive selection of wine, beer and spirits. Every time we go(about once a week) we have asked for suggestions on the good wine currently in stock and every time the staff have made recommendations which are a) always spot on, and b) are quite often the best priced bottles, so we have never felt ripped off… in fact quite the opposite. The beer selection covers all the countries and brands that I can think of and more, I was born in the UK, lived in Asia for 8 years and now in the US and can satisfy my taste for Chinese, Japanese, British, Belgium and US beers, so feel well covered. The spirits section is on the right as you walk into the store and not only covers the good old favorites, but has introduced me to a whole new range of tastes and flavours.

First, this is for the wine store… The store is welcoming, and has a huge selection of great wines, especially Spanish and Italian. I haven’t had to ask staff a question, but it is great that they have a ton of ratings on wines of all prices and varietals. The ratings are relevant to the actual year of wine that is in stock(which is not common). I have had some great $ 10-$ 14 wines here, and I like that the beer selection is decent for the limited space the reserve for it. Parking is a plus, there is an ATM on location as well, though they accept credit cards. The prices, even on well known expensive wines is cheaper than most, and though the beer is a bit pricey. It may be because I am from MA, but prices are better. The hours of operation also make this place a good option as they are open 7 days a week until 12(I am pretty sure). With a lot of BYOB restaurants nearby, it is well located, and you should stop and grab a bottle on the way. As far as wine stores go, I wouldn’t give any 5 stars, unless they offer something that others don’t offer. But relative to other wine stores, they are the best around.

Great parking and staff were friendly. I found a very nice french cab sav for $ 10, so prices seem reasonable. Good layout for the store.

This liquor store does have a large selection of wine and wine and wine and more wine. Theres a decent amount of alcohol and liquors to choose from. I enjoy the free wine tastings that they tend to have… what seems like every friday? Theyre not as cheap as your local bodega, but theyre not too expensive. they should get more craft beer!

Expansive selection of wine, spirits and beer. Staff is very knowledgeable and has always been helpful when requesting assistance or recommendations. Parking is very easy. The attached lounge and hookah bar is a well nestled oasis within Edgewater. I used to go when Wine & Spirits was in its old location up River Road and this location is so much better. Space is well laid out and the décor is contemporary cool. There is open air seating on the outer edge and I believe, now a second floor. Only had the hookah once, but was pretty impressed with how attentive the staff was to tending the embers. Pricing in the store is about average. Will have to hang out in the lounge more to better comment on pricing there.

I must admit I love the setup this place has. I would separate this place in about three sections. One section is with a dance floor and open bar, another more separated to lounge around, and another one outside much more secluded. They have a DJ every Friday and Saturday and no admission to get in which is good. Hookah is about 32 $ not the cheapest but not bad either(blue mist is pretty good). Full stocked bar, drinks in price are average like most trendy lounges. Music is a good mix and its usually a decent looking crowd. You will definitely have a good time here…
