Arrived on time, cut my tree in the rain. Paid $ 700 for tree to be cut and debris to be removed. Tree company owner negotiated with neighbors to pick up logs… hmm, It seems like I should have gotten a discount off the $ 700? Tree stump that was left began to grow back within a couple of months. Sunrise wants to charge additional money to correct the issue. Sunrise owner complains of the distance my home is from him and the amount of gas he would use… funny, this was not an issue when he and his crew made the appointment, asked for the payment, and did a half job.

We used sunrise tree and landscaping to remove a tree and have stumps grinded. The company was only able to cut the tree down, arriving hours late and needing to come back the following day. They were unable to grind the stump and did not provide a refund. When requesting the refund the company exchanged blame on each other and others and continued to deny the ability to refund. I advise not to use this company as they are dishonest and unprofessional.
