Huge space and very tidy. Coffee is like art. Tasted mocha and cappuccino and it was a celebration in my mouth. Also tasted the avocado toast, grilled cheese sandwich and chickpea smash. Though they tasted good they were very overpriced for quantity so the 4 stars. It’s mostly for teens and not that kid friendly

The décor and ambience of this store is awesome! Big open space, great lighting in the day time, and plenty of seating. They have great espresso drinks and non dairy options like almond milk are available. Latte art is very pretty !! Definitely one of the nicest looking cafes I’ve been to. Espresso itself it’s good but I’ve definitely had better in Nyc. But a place like this is probably unique for this part of jersey. When in the area I would definitely return!

If only I lived closer to Kuppi Coffee Company… Perfect spot to relax or get some work done. Beautiful open space with amazing views of the city. I love the décor and the big shelves that lead all the way to back. They do offer plenty of seating but it seems like the word is out for this place as most tables were taken. I got lucky and found a spot in the front to sip on my vanilla latte. One of the servers told me they opened about 3 months ago so it’s very new. As far as service/product delivery they seem to have things down packed. My vanilla latte was delicious. My coworker picked up a macchiato, very strong and kept her wide a wake(got a text at 3AM). I tried one of their bakery items(Cannele) which was decent. We also tried using the WiFi but it wouldn’t connect. I’ll have to ask about this if I do return. The plaza has parking, good service, good drinks… You know what, I am coming back!

I heard about this place awhile ago so i was highly anticipating coming! I was in the area New Years day but it was closed. Perfect way to start a not so cold winter sunday morning. The shopping center is a bit tight and navigating in and out is a bit confusing to those not familiar. The coffee space is «huge» in terms of a coffee/café. The décor is beautiful – touches of minimalism, industrial, and modern. A play on korean/japanese décor perhaps? The drink menu has your usual suspects. The food has some simple café fare. I ordered a simple coffee and the egg sandwich with avocado. You get a number and take a seat. Food will be delivered. Easy enough process. My coffee was OK, i didn’t care for the roast but thats personal preference – others may like it. The sandwich looked promising. It tasted pretty good. A miss for me was the up-charge for avocado. It was $ 1.50 which i didn’t mind paying but there was only 2 thin slices. I grabbed a seat and enjoyed my morning with a pretty good view of the Hudson/NYC. Like others have mentioned, it is a it pricey. Coffee can be a daily thing, but food would make you broke. I’ll definitely go here everytime i’m in the area.

Atmosphere: Trendy but casual. Baristas use tablets to take your order in a loft-like, industrial coffee shop setting. Brick walls, wood accents, and concrete floors. It is also pretty crowded, but that may just be a typical Sunday brunch rush. Coffee is served in mugs with the iced counterparts in mason jars. Very cool. Service was also outstanding-everyone was very nice and courteous. Coffee: I’ve ordered the drip coffee and a chai. Both were very good. Came out quickly. Food: I ordered the apple and Brie baguette and it was excellent. Also came out very fast. Overall: Highly recommend! I’ll be back.

Awesome coffee shop on the water! — The vanilla latte was incredible — truly delicious(if you can say that for a drink) — the lemon ginger tea was also fantastic — loved how they prepared it — the drip was really good too Overall, thoroughly enjoyed the drinks and I loved the vibe in the coffee shop. Plenty of space to do work, light and airy so you don’t feel like you’re in a coffee shop(you also won’t smell like coffee once you walk out — does anyone notice that at Starbucks?), great location on the water(can’t wait for the summer time) and the baristas really take their time to make your drink just perfectly … Next time I’ll need to try the sandwiches and avocado toast! Great place and would definitely come again!

The only contemporary coffee spot in Jersey. Good coffee, minimalistic lofty setting, delicious healthy sandwiches, friendly staff. Yes, the place is quite expensive, especially for the hood but I wish the area had more nice spots like this for the fair competition. Now it’s definitely my only meeting spot when I’m on River Road in NJ. Also mind that it’s a ‘day place’: the café closes at 7 pm, 8 pm on weekends.

Wow, coffee with a view! This is a beautiful new coffee shop/café in the formerly ‘sleepy strip mall with lots of parking’ and now ‘busy strip mall with limited parking’. The café is modern, spacious, with individual tables for chatting, some cushion seating for lounging, and large tables for laptop working days. The coffee is a tad pricey but it is very good and frankly, it’s fair as the space is so large. The staff is very nice and service is great at the counter. They do have to pick it up a bit going around and getting the ceramic dishes and cups that customers leave behind. I haven’t sampled the food there but I look forward to updating the review when that time comes.

Way too overpriced for their selection and portions. The coffee was good. The breakfast avocado toast and yogurt bowl were really good too but they offered 1 piece of toast(for the price they charge you should have 2) and the bowl was a decent amount of yogurt and topics, I guess. I’d consider revisiting for coffee, not so much their food.

The place is not cheap, but I must say that it is worth it. I am a coffee shop dweller and am happy that there is a good quality coffee shop in Edgewater with wifi. It is now my preferred place to work from home and a step up from Starbucks. The place is spacious with a gorgeous view of the city. There are chairs, tables and comfortable sofas for grabs. While the place gets packed on weekends it is not so bad during the week(possibly because the word about it is still spreading). Again, it is not cheap. A latte with some yogurt can run close to $ 10, but the quality is good. The coffee is flavorful with a smooth undertone. I have been called a coffee snob before and do approve this one. Another perk for working from here — there are plenty of plugs everywhere in case you forget to charge your laptop. I remember seeing the sign for this place before it even opened and am happy that it lived up to my expectations. There can never be enough quality coffee shops in one town!

Super unexpected find on the edge of New Jersey, just down the road from Mitsuwa. Very large, modern space with ample seating, bright lights & atmosphere. They made me the best pourover I’ve ever had… but also the most expensive lol I was so shocked when it came out to $ 6, jesus christ!!! I’ve been making my own pourovers for the past year and I’ve only come close to making cups of coffee this good maybe 3 or 4 times, and only with the first brew of a freshly roasted bag of beans. Unfortunately coffee beans will lose its freshness so quickly it is impossible to maintain that level of aroma/taste/deliciousness once your beans are a few days old. I assume Kuppi has optimized their buying habits such that they constantly have the freshest beans to brew. I usually cannot justify paying for something I can make at home especially when at most coffee shops(even Blue Bottle), their pour overs are comparable to what I make on a daily basis. That’s why I tend to opt for lattes/cappucinos when I go to coffee shops. But in my opinion, pourover is the ideal way to make coffee in terms of the resulting depth of flavor(milk sucks. side rant to those people who say they can only drink coffee when adding milk & sugar. NO that’s only true when you’re drinking shitty coffee. Try this pour over and tell me if you still need milk & freaking sugar) Anyway. tldr; Kuppi’s pourover is phenomenal, and while I would not buy a $ 6 pourover every day & will for sure stick to my home brewing, I will definitely make the occasional splurge for ~profesh~ quality brew when I’m back in the area and in desperate need of caffeination.

I’ve been meaning to write a review for this place. I’ve also been skeptical, because this is probably one of my favorite coffee places ever and I didn’t want everyone to know edgewater’s best kept secret. Kuppi’s is a well lit nicely spaced coffee shop that’s airy with a nice view of the water. The vibe is rustic casual vintage with a tad bit industrial feel. The communal tables are my favorite places to sit. There are so many different places to sit. There is also lots of outlets for you to charge your phones and laptops. They also have wifi. Most importantly they have delicious coffee. I dream about their drip coffee with half and half. It’s bold yet smooth. Their food is good too although I think they need more variety. I also wished they had longer hours and opened later. Kevin(manager/owner) is also really nice and remembered my name after only one time of visiting. Great customer service! You must check this place out :-)

GORGEOUS space with a calm and quiet vibe. I was so inspired when I visited on a sunny day and saw all the natural light that filled the space. The all-white color scheme of the kitchen is so clean and easy on the eyes. They also sell Chemexes and other coffee paraphernalia. Good eats(albeit pricey!) and treats, not to mention delicious craft coffee. You know they are serious about their craft when they have all the scales and gadgets out. You also know they are serious when pour-over coffee is priced at Market Price! hahah! The décor is filled with beautiful glassware and coffee-making devices, vintage cameras, and adorable geometric art pieces. Plenty of seating, and many different types of seating, at that. Big communal tables are perfect for groups or when you want to spread out all your books. Single tables along the wall are close to outlets if you’re on your laptop for work or study. There’s couches by the windows for chatting with a view. And stadium seating for comfy people-watching and contemplating your next vacation.

Finally a good quality café in Edgewater! They created such beautiful and relaxing open space, makes you wanna just stay there all day. I had the smashed chickpea sandwich, so so good. The latte was really good too. Very clean and modern, nice and quiet, quick and friendly service, amazing location and view. This is what I’ve been waiting for for the 13 years I’ve lived in Edgewater.

This café is located in the Edgewater mall across the trader joes. Have plenty of parking but sometimes it can be packed. Has nice big space with a view of Manhattan. Long wooden table, great place for lounging freely. I like the way the furniture is set up. I was going to order to go, but didn’t want to leave. I ordered a cappuccino and BLT. Drinks you have to pick up at the front counter, but food is delivered to your table. It was a weekday afternoon but it was crowded. Cappuccino was good. BLT was delicious but bread was thicker than what I prefer. Has thick bacon inside with lots of mayo. I could come back to try other sandwiches with high expectation. My only one problem was some tables were filled with empty dishes and cups. I’m sure people needs to clean up after but maintenance need to be better. Still it’s a new business, it needs a little time to settle. I’ll definitely visit again with my friends or even myself to enjoy a good cup of Joe.

Kuppi has a very small menu, but from what i tasted – the teas are on point. The aroma of the peppermint and lemon ginger are what drew me in, and both had flavor. the process in which they brew tea isnt just a basic tea pot, i have no idea what that machine is called but its quick and interesting to watch. very modern if you will. Ive heard the hot coco is good, and much better than the competition down the block(ill leave you to guess who), also the latte was worth the $ 5 my friend says. Its pricey, probably just as much or more than some other comepetitors, but so far so good. the downfall is the fact that the kitchen closes by 3, and what sweets and pastries they have left — they run out of. its hit or miss here. i guess modern would be a good way to describe this place. its fresh, vibrant and clean. makes me feel happy to be inside. i hope their menu grows and they offer more food later in the day, cuz face it – people after 3, 4 and even 5 pm want some coffee and a sandwhich too!

Coming from a huge coffee lover I must say their coffee is exquisite. Strong bold flavor but at the same time smooth not bitter. Just the way I like it. I also had the chance to try their iced chai latte when I first visited, it’s my go to drink at any Coffee shop. It was okay but I feel it needed more of the chai spices, definitely tastes like they make it in the shop instead of concentrate which is good thing. but too milky for my taste. There are also pastries avaliable and I believe soon they might have sandwiches and wraps as well. They do offer free wifi and theres plenty of parking. The décor inside is so funky and trendy I love it… very very comforting. I would probably only go there once in awhile though since they are over priced. …yes more than starbucks. So if you don’t want to pay alot for your coffee I wouldn’t suggest coming here. But if you don’t mind paying $$$ and you’re a coffee freak then this is your place.
