Eden, NY
This is supposed to be a local appliance repair company in Eden but after waiting 3 days, someone called the day before our appointment and canceled because «there won’t be a service tech in your area and we don’t have one scheduled in the near future».
No tech in the area when we live 3 miles from the address listed?
I scheduled time off work just to get a call at 6:30 the night before. Negative 2 stars.
Shoddy customer service and doubtful they are actually local. So much for small town customer satisfaction.
