Great place for the family to come and spend an afternoon! Staff is courteous and everyone enjoys the fun.

Overpriced compared to competitors. There is nothing really different between this and the other jumpy/​laser tag places other than the ridiculous price. $ 350 for 10 kids and they expected a tip for the hostess. Our party host was super lame. She seemed irritated to be there, bugged by the kids requests, etc. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Pricey… tramps don’t offer much flexibility compared with other facilities. Laser tag is small and over very quickly. convenient location. fine if you have a groupon.

Fun place but poorly managed. Book a party at your own risk. Was there today with a group of 80. Kids had a great first hour — trampolines and laser tag both big hits. Then came our pizza lunch. We were upstairs and they dropped off pizza and left. 15 kids did not get a single slice. Word from someone in our group was that more pizza would be up in 10 minutes. 15 minutes later I went down and talked to two different people from Air Maxx, neither of which had any idea there was a group of hungry kids upstairs. Shouldn’t someone be managing a group of 80?! After 5 min telling them the situation and demanding more pizza they put a few more in. I had to ask several times to even get a single Air Maxx employee to come up to see the situation. They insisted they gave us 2 slices/​person and I told them there was no way, but they held to their story. 45 min and a few straggling pizzas later they realized they actually gave us 1 slice per person! By that point many in our group had already left. After asking they did give us $ 5 game cards but almost all our group was gone. In a well run place someone would be reprimanded or even fired for screwing up a group of 80, having no idea there was that big of a problem, denying it without even investigating, and then not even apologizing to a dozen really hungry kids. I have a feeling it’s just another day at this place. I might return for the games but I will never book a party here.

My wifes company had a work party here. felt like a kid again going here. Unfortunately, my body reminded me that I’m not a teen anymore after jumping 15 minutes on the trampolines.
Then we saw the laser tag. Oh yeah! First time ever! It was included in the package and we had two matches. Best. Night. Ever.
Ok. Once the little one gets bigger, we’ll throw a kids party here. Laser tag, trampolines, indoor golf and video games. Perfect place to burn off that sugar high.
Now they need a laser tag tournament. It would be … wait for it… legendary!

Omg! This place is what I wished existed when I was a kid. The niece and nephews and I spent a couple hours here and spent only about $ 40. They have glow in the dark mini golf! And so many trampolines I couldn’t count them all.
This place definitely gets 5 stars from the kids too. The only negative from the kids was the music in the mini golf area was «weird». Minor complaint…

My husband and I gave Airmaxx another chance it was much better. We went on a Saturday and it was very busy. We were with our two toddlers but they were very accommodating as they had an area especially for toddlers and made sure that they kept out older kids and were very protective of them. Great service this time very friendly, etc.

What a day! Had a great time. Loved the staff & as previous reviewer noted it was clean and bright. It was my first go at laser tag it was a blast. I will say an hour of bouncing is more than one may think it is.

Need a place to let the kids bounce off the walls for a while? Heck, need a place to bounce off the walls yourself for a while? This place has it all… trampolines, foam pits, laser tag, mini bowling, black light mini golf, and a decent arcade to boot! The place is clean, well lit, and the staff is AmAZiNG! Took five teenage boys on a Friday night. Don’t let the ‘teen night’ info on the web site fool you though, there was still more of a family friendly environment for all (at least the night we were there). They even have a small concessions area that has a few flavors of slurpies, in addition to soda, water, candy, etc. There is some seating on the main floor for those not jumping, as well as a balcony with tables and chairs if you need to retreat from the close up fun for a while. All in all, ours was a great experience. My only regret… I didn’t get to play!
