I’ve been coming this location for years now — started utilizing their services back when they were just plain old Kinko’s. Since then I’ve watched the metamorphosis to FedEx-Kinkos and now just FedEx Office on its own. Well, despite all the name changes — and even the move a couple of doors down from its original location, the service here has never really suffered. They always do right by me and always get my copies finished on time. My only issue with FedEx Office is that they are no longer open 24 hours. Back in the day you used to be able to run t Kinko’s at 3am in an emergency and they would take care of you. Now if you can’t make it by midnight(9 on Saturday and Sunday) — you are out of luck! In the event you didn’t know, as of the date of this review, July 12, 2015, FedEx has kept its East Brunswick location as 24 hours. So if there is a real emergency you can always jump on Route 18 and make your way up there. They’ll be good to you.

After a disappointing experience at Staples in Shrewsbury, I went to Kinkos and was pleasantly surprised with the speed and willingness of the copy print service. With understanding of my time frame they were helpful, fast, and friendly.

Is this all we have. What a shame Fedex! Took me an hour to send packages, not helped at all while one guy ate and the other tended to his family. Where is the manager or supervisor?

Four employees and a manager hanging around the shipping counter yapping while myself and another customer are waiting at the copy counter for assistance. The tall gentleman with the pony tail is very friendly but extremely inexperienced or brand new and untrained. You would think that in this economy employees would be lucky to have a job and want to help, but not so at this location.
