Worst mani pedi I could have ever paid for. Granted I came in on one of their first days ever open– it was completely subpar. The inside is pretty and very clean. I asked for a regular old mani/​pedi and was asked probably 6x by 6 different people if i wanted to upgrade to some spa pedi– I said no every time and somehow was charged for a spa pedicure. Got a terrible leg and hand massage, didn’t use hot towels, and was really aggressive with my cuticles on the toes to the point one even bled. They were doing an opening special with free brow wax or face mask for which I chose the face mask. The girl who did my mask must have literally just graduated from school. High school that is. The mask dripped all over my neck, onto my shirt, into my hair, and when she walked away telling me to «let it sit for 10 min.» Well 20 min went by and I was sitting there– I asked the woman doing my pedicure to please wipe it off. It was removed by a THIRD person who left it all under my eyes. Onto the manicure where i was rushed through a 10 minute mani with zero attention to cuticles, again no hot towel, and poor lotion massage. The owner tried to charge me for this «spa pedicure» I never agreed upon and finally agreed to charge me for a regular mani/​pedi. My manicure chipped by the same evening despite me letting it dry completely before leaving the salon. They aren’t the cheapest salon around in terms of pricing and definitely have paid less for a better service. I definitely will not be back.

This place is GORGEOUS! And my oh my, how far pedi chairs have come! I actually left feeling like I had a legitimate massage thanks to the pedicure station chair. Staff is friendly, prices are very reasonable and ambiance is top notch.

Fast moving and friendly staff, way too many color options which I thought was great! Extremely big/​clean and well priced location for the area. He matched both myself and mothers photos from Pinterest to a T!
