This is a little place I’ve been going to for most of my life. Same owners in the last 30+ years. They don’t take credit cards so bring cash. I wouldn’t order food because this place looks like a hordes paradise. Looks very disorganized and not clean. The old lady and old man that own and run the place make you feel like your inconveniencing them. And God for bid you need more then one napkin. Or a bowl for your kids cone. The way they act is like they won’t be able to pay their mortgage this month. The out side is not nice at all feels like your eating ice cream in a junk yard. This place needs new owners. Someone that likes kids and people. But I don’t know anyone that would want to own a ice cream shop that is cash only in a increasingly bad neighborhood.

I wanted to love this place. I wanted a cone really bad. Looked like a cute mom and pop owned the place. But I got weirded out because the pop used his bare hands to scoop up the nuts to put on my chocolate dip cone. I was like really??! It wasn’t with making a scene, so I paid and threw it out the window down the road. Maybe they just don’t know. I know a lot of times chefs have to work with their hands with their working fast with knives and such. But, this is not one of those times. I would think a scooper or a plastic glove would suit the bill. I’m hoping they read this, because I don’t want other customers to come in and see this and get weirded out and they eventually lose lots of customers.

Nice little ice cream place to kick back and get a cone. If you are looking for something simple and good, this is the place to go. I’ve been coming for years and will go for many more years to come.

Great old mom and pop shop, huge servings for very inexpensive prices.
