With two teenager drivers, I’ve had several cars that have needed repair. We used to go to Jim’s Collision, but found that they cut corners and would charge us for repairs that either weren’t made or the work quality was lacking. This Autometric has been great to deal with — Steve is a pleasure. They have been honest, reasonably priced (won’t be the cheapest but beware of the cheapest repair shops), and the quality has been excellent. This is now our family’s go-​to repair shop and I would definitely recommend them.

I wish there was an option for negative stars. I was in an accident (T-​boned by a lady who blew a stop sign) and the whole passenger side of my car destroyed. The manager asked me if I had the option would I rather save my car or have it totaled and I was very clear with him that I loved my car and wanted it back only if it was going to be in the same condition as it was pre-​accident. I was assured at that time that they ‘don’t cut corners’. They cut A LOT of corners. Getting them to fix all the major issues was such a nightmare that my insurance agent ended up going to the shop, and I’m pretty sure they had to eat part of the cost because in the end the repairs cost more than the worth of the car. It took almost FOUR MONTHS of going back and forth before I finally got my car back and there are still a few little things that just aren’t right but it was no longer worth the fight. I highly recommend going anywhere else.
