Yay! Refills are no longer 50 cents anymore. This subway still run on the cheap though. Three separate customers (myself included) had to ask for napkins. Meaning, customers walked away from the cashier without any napkins included on your tray. I’ve been to other Subways and they always added napkins on my tray without asking.
The napkin is a small situation but it paints a picture of how things are run and how customers are perceived. Being too cheap. I understand the business climate is tough especially in small malls. However, providing the basics are essential.
On another note, the girl who made my sandwich was very friendly and made my sandwich well. Thank you for a tasty lunch.

50 Cents for a refill? In a subway? Who does that? After she confronted me about a shabby sign half way off posted on the soda machine about the 50 cent I owed her for refilling a cup. I dumped it out right in front of her! If you are going to charge for refills put the soda machine before the counter. I have NEVER paid for a refill at a subway. The NERVE of some franchise owners.
