He fixed the issue with my laptop but broke the light to control the brightness of the screen and said it couldn’t be fixed. Now I can’t use my laptop unless the lights are on.

Brought in an iPad with a cracked screen. Bad way to run a business. The owner opens the store late and is apparently the only one who repairs iPads. He works one day per week. After three weeks I went to pick up my iPad. Taking my business somewhere else.

I brought my computer here and spoke to someone(I’m told the«boss») about having it fixed. Of my options, I chose the least labor intensive since I was told it would be simple and my computer would be ready in a few days. Fast forward 8 days and I call to inquire as to whether my computer is ready. Once the person on the phone deduced which computer was mine, he told me it was«under a pile of stuff» and hadn’t even been touched but that he could start working on it that day. Now, I understand that things happen and I was annoyed but I might have let it go except for the fact that when I went in to pick up my computer(without having it serviced and only a few minutes after hanging up) I was not even offered«Hey, sorry about that.» No apology whatsoever.
