Manicures were good but I am also there for the experience. Nice and clean with cheerful staff but too noisy with their kids running around. And too pricey for me.

I’m a regular here I used to get my nails done all the time. They know me by name when I walk in. I stopped getting my nails done and now I just come in for a pedi every so often. I made an appointment for 2pm on Saturday for 3 pedicures for my mother my sister & I. We got there at 2pm & we sat down at 3 pedicure stations. 24 minutes pasted and we were still sitting there. Then, they sent their 6 year old over to turn on the pedicure water for us and put the solution in the pedicure tub. Weird? The kid was no older than 5 or 6– he could NOT work the stations properly. Our water went from Freezing cold to scorching hot as he played with all three. Very Very UNPROFESSIONALFOR A BUSINESS to allow their small children to wait on their customers. Then, one worker came over and started on my sisters pedicure. 15 minutes later two more came over and began mine & my mothers. The were not friendly at all. Also, when you go an pay for your order. you also have a child no older than 12 years old swiping your credit card or cash when you pay the bill. This place OVERBOOKS. If you make an appointment ahead you better make sure you have employees AVAILABLE to do the work. 5 minutes wait no big deal, but 30 minutes or longer? If the owner’s even care enough to read their reviews here are some helpful tips. 1) it’s not cute to have your children wait on your customers. People pay for a SERVICE by PROFESSIONALS– not by children. 2) Make sure your employees have at least 1 ounce of people skills to even make you feel like you’re welcome. and 3) don’t accept appointment from your customers if you cannot EVER take them on time. I was a long time customer for YEARS and I will NEVER return to your business. This place is a joke. DONOTGOHEREFOR a peaceful relaxing time. You’ll only be disappointed. So long ya’ll!(Did this review fast before I forgot, so grammar mistakes are a given!)

I used to go there all the time. The salon owner Sally did my nails. Her kids were always running around and interrupting my service. Screaming and yelling. Not the most relaxed atmosphere you can imagine. Highly over priced.

This place is OK for very basic services/designs. I went in asking them for a certain type of design on a nail and showed a picture. They assured me they could do the design and I got a pedi and a refill with design. They were trying to be overly quick with the refill with minimal attention to detail. While they attempted the design, they did not succeed, and refused to try again, saying«I tried». I was left with a very simple design on my nails and was charged 15 dollars… whoa! Nice manicurist but I was disappointed because I came in with a specific design for a specific trip and it just didn’t happen. My «normal guy» at another place would have done my suggested design with ease for 10. Then, the woman who did my pedi got frustrated by not understanding me(she spoke minimal English and was very stoic) and stormed away to get the another woman who works there. Poor customer service in that respect. I left with«OK» nails for WAYYY too much money– 12 dollars for a french design on toes? 70 dollars total for a refill with basic design and a MINI pedi with french design. Whoa! I usually go to Thuc’s Nails in Wilson and this company cannot nearly compete with his talent or prices.

I started going to this salon/nail place because my normal hairdresser started working here. Jillienne is her name and she is wonderful. The haircut part of the business is on the top floor and has a great view overlooking the Easton High School. The bottom floor is from what I gather all nail work, but everyone was very kind and courteous. I would recommend anyone to Jillienne for a haircut or anything more, she is fabulous!
